摘要: An elevator control device includes a vector controller that calculates a voltage command required for driving an elevator cage, a carrier frequency switch circuit that outputs a carrier frequency signal, and a power converter that performs PWM control based on the voltage command and the carrier frequency signal, generates an AC power and supplies the AC power to an AC motor. The carrier frequency switch circuit changes the carrier frequency signal when a torque command for driving the AC motor reaches a torque limit value. Thus, it is possible to continuously operate an elevator without causing damage to a switching element of the power converter.

摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide a pump jack pump-off control method and a pump jack control apparatus in which, even when the speed of a pump jack is reduced due to generation of a pump-off condition, the pump jack is not caused to stop due to the motor overload abnormality or the coagulated crude oil and, even when the pump-off condition is generated, the reduction of the production capacity of the pump jack can be prevented as much as possible. On detecting the pump-off condition, while the pump jack is in operation with the speed thereof being reduced, or while the pump jack is in operation at the lowest speed, according to the overload warning signal of an ac electric motor, the pump jack is switched over to its intermittent operation. Also, the pump jack can be operated in such a manner that the stroke speed of the pump jack in the up stroke operation can be switched from a sinusoidal wave form over to a rectangular wave form, or, in the operation of the pump jack by an inverter, the pump jack can be operated such that it can carry out its up stroke operation with a limit imposed on torque.

摘要: A centralized Content Management System (“CCMS”) facilitates management of packages comprising assets comprising meta-data and associated content of video programs for distribution to various types of service providers and equipment locations therein. The CCMS can receive meta-data and associated content, normalize the meta-data according to various formats based on various rules depending on where the meta-data and contents are to be distributed, and the distribute the content. The CCMS has various capabilities for managing packages, including adapting the meta-data and content for different types of equipment or individual locations based on rules for that service provider, thus providing an automated system reducing error and time in distributing video assets to a number of locations.

摘要: To provide a system that can minimize a time delay caused by one device being unable to access a recording medium until access by another device ends, when transcoding is performed by distributed processing. A main device performs transcoding of each coded piece allocated to itself from among a plurality of coded pieces of a digital stream, and writing of a transcoding result onto the recording medium, in a pipeline. While the recording device is performing the transcoding and the writing, an auxiliary device transcodes each coded piece allocated to itself one by one. Having completed the transcoding of all coded pieces allocated to itself, the auxiliary device transmits its transcoding results to the recording device and has the recording device write the transcoding results onto the recording medium which is a copy destination.

摘要: The present invention is built on a time out control apparatus to control the time out when a packet is transferred between terminal units connected to different buses. In the time out control apparatus, delay measuring means measures the delay time required for a response packet to be received after a request packet is sent to a terminal unit (control unit) connected via a bus. Delay information list generating means generates a delay information list in which the delay times measured by the delay measuring means are related to the individual identification information on the respective terminal units. Information output means reads out the delay time from the delay information list in accordance with a request from the terminal unit and outputs the delay time to the terminal unit. This sets the delay time on the time out register of the terminal unit.
