Abstract:
A roller retainer mounted on a roller comprises a first guiding frame and a second guiding frame that are integrally connected with each other in a vertically staggered manner. The first guiding frame and the second guiding frame are located along the two diagonals of the roller respectively. The thickness of the first guiding frame and the second guiding frame is utilized to keep the space between the two non-loading surfaces of roller and a track. The roller retainer can further keep the space between each roller. Thereby, the roller retainer can prevent the rollers from contacting each other; the loading surfaces can still contact the track and the non-loading surfaces are prevented from colliding with and rubbing against the track, thus reducing the noise and ensuring the moving direction.
Abstract:
A ball screw assembly includes a helical groove formed in the outer surface of the screw shaft without extending to both ends thereof, and an escape portion formed in the form of a slot is connected to one end of the helical groove of the screw shaft. The escape portion allows the cassette to abut against an outer periphery of the screw shaft, and the tongue portion is inserted deeply in the escape portion, such that the cassette is allowed to be rotated to effect axial movement relative to the screw shaft, thus finishing assembly of the nut, and the balls can be prevented from dropping out of the ball screw when the nut is disengaged from the screw shaft or when the nut moves out of travel.
Abstract:
A linear roller guide unit comprises an elongated rail and a carrier straddling the rail. A plurality of rollers is installed between the carrier and the rail so that the carrier can slide along the elongated rail. By installing six rows of rollers within the existing standard cross section, the invention can achieve long life, high load capacity and high rigidity.
Abstract:
A ball screw device includes a number of bearing members engaged between a ball nut and a screw shaft, and a warning signal generating device for generating a warning signal when the lubricating oil is not good enough to lubricate the ball nut and the screw shaft or when the lubrication for the balls or the bearing members or between the ball nut and the screw shaft has become fail or when the lubricating oil may not be suitably supplied to the balls or the bearing members or between the ball nut and the screw shaft, such that the users may be aware when the lubricating oil is not suitably filled or supplied into the raceway and may refill the lubricating oil into the raceway right away.
Abstract:
A ball screw device includes a ball nut having an inner thread formed by a number of helical groove portions and helical ridges, and an opening and a depression communicating with each other, and a channel communicating with the depression of the ball nut, a radially inserted deflecting member has a block engaged into the opening of the ball nut and an extension extended from the block and engaged into the depression of the ball nut for anchoring the deflecting member to the ball nut. A fastener may be engaged through the deflecting member and engaged with the ball nut for securing the deflecting member to the ball nut.
Abstract:
The rolling friction force of ball screw is much small than the sliding friction force of it. Using ball screw as the transmission mechanism for elevator, so as to find the differences of friction forces between rolling motion and sliding motion. Besides, the current of motor has the obvious relationship to the driving force of motor, we use current of motor for ball screw type elevator to monitor the system. And, before the serious damage occurring, the monitor system can find the different form the current of motor, and make the operation for elevator safer.
Abstract:
A linear motion guide device includes a slider slidably attached onto a guide rail, an end cap and a wiper attached to the slider, the wiper includes one or more pegs engaged with the end cap for anchoring the wiper to the end cap, and includes one or more latches for resiliently engaging with the end cap and for detachably anchoring the wiper to the end cap and for allowing the wiper to be easily and readily attached to the end cap or disengaged from the end cap without additional tools, the end cap includes a shoulder formed in the outer peripheral portion, and the wiper includes an outer peripheral fence for engaging with the peripheral shoulder of the end cap and for anchoring the wiper to the end cap.
Abstract:
An adjusting structure for adjusting amount of lubricant applied to a linear guideway comprises a self-lubricating oil tank, a positioning board and at least one adjusting board. The self-lubricating oil tank is fixed on the slide block, and the self-lubricating oil tank has an oil-storage space and a lubricating unit. The adjusting board and the positioning board are superposed and arranged between the oil-storage space and the lubricating unit. The displacement of the adjusting board can change the size of the aligned apertures of the positioning board and the adjusting board, and can precisely adjust the amount of lubricating oil transmitted from the oil-storage space to the lubricating unit. Therefore, the present invention can use the adjusting board to change the lubricating effect at any time, it not only can save lubricating oil but also can improve the lubricating effect.
Abstract:
A linear motion guide apparatus includes a housing having a chamber formed by two side walls for slidably receiving an elongated track rail, one or more endless ball rolling passages are formed in the housing for receiving a number of bearing members, one or more ball retaining devices each include an elongated rod for engaging with the bearing members and for retaining the bearing members to the housing, and a fastening device for fastening the ball retaining device to the housing and to prevent the ball retaining device and the bearing members from being disengaged from the housing. A fastener may be used for fastening each of the end portions of the ball retaining device to the housing.
Abstract:
A ball screw unit with dust cleaning and turnpike fixing mechanism includes an annular inlaid slot along the inner surface of a nut proper proximate to the port of a turnpike. A fixed dust scrape formed of a C shaped annular packing is installed in the annular inlaid slot. The C shaped annular packing is covered with a soft covering layer at its inner fringe and the outer fringe of the soft covering layer is just stuffed in the annular inlaid slot of the nut proper. Inner fringe of the soft covering layer is formed into a spiral scraper blade corresponding to the rolling spiral slot of the screw blot. The fixed dust scraper is tightly fixing the turnpike to the nut proper by means of the resiliency of the soft covering layer to clean the dust along the rolling spiral slot with its spiral scraper blade thereby serving as a dust cleaner.
