摘要: A linear motion guide unit restrains fluctuations in sliding friction and generation of heat by correcting the postures of rollers having been inclined in a no-load area such that their axes become orthogonal to a guide surface of a carriage to thereby introduce the rollers in proper postures into a load area. A retainer plate of the guide unit has a guide surface for guiding end surfaces of the rollers and has protrusions protruding from the guide surface at its opposite end portions facing crownings of the carriage. The rollers rolling from a turnaround passage to a load-carrying race are pressed by the protrusions toward the guide surface of the carriage so as to be arrayed in such a posture that the axes of the rollers become orthogonal to the guide surface on the inlet side of the crowning of the carriage, whereby the occurrence of roller skew is prevented.

摘要: A motion guide apparatus cooling nozzle is provided which can gas-cool a motion guide apparatus. Cooling nozzles 1a and 1b of the present invention are mounted on a block 4 of the motion guide apparatus to cool at least one of a guide rail 2 and a block 4 that is assembled to the guide rail 2 via a rolling element 6 in such a manner as to be movable relatively. The cooling nozzles 1a and 1b include an inner passage 18 into which gas is introduced, an opening 12a configured to emit a gas flow introduced into the inner passage 18, a deflection surface 22a that is provided adjacently to the opening 12a to bend the gas flow emitted from the opening 12a, and a guiding surface 32a configured to attract gas outside the cooling nozzles 1a and 1b.

摘要: A self-lubricating assembly for a linear guideway comprises two oil containers and at least a connector. Each of the oil containers has a body, at least one absorber, and a flexible lubricating element. A holding groove for accommodating the lubricant is formed inside the body, the outside of the body is formed with a rail contacting portion and a connecting portion. The absorber is disposed in the holding groove for sucking the lubricant. The flexible lubricating element is disposed firmly in the rail contacting portion, and at least a part of the flexible lubricating element is extended to the holding groove for sucking the lubricant. The diffusion velocity of the lubricant in the absorber is faster than the diffusion velocity of the lubricant in the flexible lubricating element. At least a connector connects the connecting portions of the oil containers, so the lubricant flows between the two oil containers.

The oil passage obstruction wall member (W) is selectively opened depending on the angle of the face on which the bottom face of the guide rail is arranged to selectively communicate the direction change passage (4) and the oil supply openings (6).

摘要: A retainer of a linear guideway comprises a retaining member a supporting member. The retaining member has a base portion and two side wing potions integrally extended from the base portion. The base portion has a receiving groove, and each side wing portion has a positioning opening. One positioning opening is offset with respect to the receiving groove along a first direction, and another positioning opening is offset with respect to the receiving groove along a second direction opposite to the first direction. One side portion of the supporting member is wedged to the receiving groove of the base potion. Thus, the instant disclosure provides the retainer for positioning two staggered circulation tubes.

摘要: A retainer of the linear guideway comprises a retaining member a supporting member. The retaining member has a base portion and two side wing portions integrally extended from the base portion. 摘要: A circulation module of a linear guideway for being installed on a sliding block, comprises two circulation tubes each having a fill-in opening, two rolling units respectively arranged into the circulation tubes via the fill-in openings, and two separating sheets respectively installed on the circulation tubes to shield the fill-in openings. When the circulation tubes coupling through the sliding block, the fill-in openings respectively expose from two opposite ends of the sliding block, and part of each rolling unit arrange out of the corresponding circulation tube is disposed on the sliding block. Thus, the instant disclosure provides the circulation module for receiving the rolling units quickly and simplifying the construction of an end cap module mating thereto. Moreover, the instant disclosure also provides a linear guideway.

A tip of the lip of the second seal member is formed to have a shape in line contact with the face of the guide rail.

A seal mechanism of the linear guide apparatus includes under seals and side seals to provide seals between a guide rail and a slider. Auxiliary lip is attached on an inner surface of an end cap and in sliding contact with the guide rail. The auxiliary lip is bent in its middle and covers the end portion of the under seal from two directions. The auxiliary lip includes an axial direction lip and an intersecting direction lip integrally formed with the axial direction lip and continuously extending from an end portion of the axial direction lip.
