    Abstract: A storage system with platforms for storing items, which are movable along a prescribed path, features an internal electrical power distribution system for supplying electrical power at each of the movable platforms to operate electrical devices, such as refrigerators or chargers. The power distribution system comprises a set of distribution terminals electrically connected to an external electrical power source, such as mains power, which extend along respective paths which follow the prescribed path of movement of the platforms. Further, the distribution system comprises a plurality of electrical bridging assemblies respectively bridging between the platforms and the distribution terminals. The electrical bridging assemblies are mechanically connected in fixed relation to the platforms and connected in movable electrical contact with the distribution terminals.

    Abstract: An rotational shelf garden system and device, including methods of use, are provided. The garden system and device include multiple hanging shelves mounted on a rotatable frame. Rotating the frame positions a shelf at a desired height for the user, wherein the user of the device may perform gardening activities while sitting or standing. Multiple vertically stacked shelves on a rotating frame, each shelf supporting garden plants, greatly reduces the “footprint” of the garden system versus a conventional outdoor garden, increasing the capacity for generating higher yields while using less ground space. The system and device includes a watering system integrated with each shelf.

    Abstract: A chain-driven rotating shelf carousel formed by a plurality of pivoting shelves rotating within a continuous track disposed vertically within an upright cabinet storage unit is provided. Each shelf is attached to a chassis with leading and trailing arms terminating in cams positioned in the track which are driven by a series of sprockets.     Abstract: A high capacity motorized rack holds a plurality of jewel case enclosed CDs in holders flexibly inter-connectable with each other to form a rotatable continuous loop. The loop is rotatably retained within a vertical rack housing and is driven by a motor, disposed within the housing, under user control such that the loop is rotated until a desired CD is moved to the top region of the belt. A rack may hold two or more such loops of inter-connected holders. In one embodiment a holder retains a single jewel case, and comprises two independent loops that are rotated with a single motor. A preferred embodiment employs inter-connectable holders that each retain two jewel cases in a side-by-side configuration. A lamp and/or barcode scanner may be disposed on the housing for ease of CD selection. The housing base preferably is detached during shipping to permit transporting the rack in a smaller volume container. User control can include voice commands to direct loop rotation and speed.
