Abstract:
A balance board comprising of a top side and lower side (1) to support a user, a centralized detachable hemisphere like balance ball (7) with rounded surface that is affixed to the lower side of the balance board (1) and sits on top side of stationary base (8). When downward pressure is applied to the center balance ball (7) via balance board (4), the stationary base absorbs tension thus allowing a spring like jumping motion needed for skilled tricks. Additionally placed to the right and left of the center balance ball you will see two omnidirectional orbital pivots that allow 360 rotations and assist with board rotation. A spring like body within orbital pivot will assist mimic pressure needed for jumping/balance tricks (Ollie). When board in is fixed position, it maximized full balance and gravity. Gravitational placement is based on foot positioning.
Abstract:
A waist and hip developer includes a track curving smoothly upwardly toward two distal ends thereof and having two stop members respectively located at two distal ends thereof, foot members affixed to the track for supporting the track on the floor steadily, a slide slidably coupled to the track with rollers thereof and movable back and forth along the track between the stop members, a seat rotatably supported on the slide with a ball bearing within a predetermined angle and selectively lockable to the slide with a lock screw, two grips respectively affixed to the two distal ends of the track, and a counter for counting of the number of reciprocating cycles of the slide moving by the user sitting on the seat.
Abstract:
An exercise device is configured to enable a user to interact with a trainer in real-time communication. The exercise device includes an exercise mechanism having a movable element for movement in performance of exercise by a user. Communicating with the exercise mechanism is an interface adapted for gathering a first real-time signal from the user. The interface communicates with a communication system for receiving a packetized second real-time signal including a synchronized control signal from the trainer. The exercise device includes an output device configured to reproduce the second real-time signal. The control signals carried by the second signal are used to control the operating parameters of the exercise mechanism in real-time.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a standup exercise apparatus that simulates walking and jogging with arm exercise. More particularly, the present invention relates to an exercise machine having separately supported pedals for the feet and arm exercise coordinated with the motion of the feet where the pedal stride length is determined by the movements of an operator. Crank arms are positioned on the framework rearward the operator. Easy starting occurs in the default mode.
Abstract:
An exercise device provides a revolving range of motion around an axis designed to provide an exercise of the whole torso muscles in one block. Multiple embodiments include a base frame, an arm portion connected to and extending from the base frame and a rotatable platform mounted on the arm portion. In some embodiments, the arm portion is adjustable and is configured to form a plurality of angles with the base frame, and the platform is configured to be mounted on the arm portion at a plurality of distances from a center of the base frame. Other embodiments include a base frame, a substantially enclosed track mounted on the base frame, a rolling mechanism that rides on the substantially enclosed track and a rotatable platform that rides on the rolling mechanism.
Abstract:
An exerciser includes a base comprising a rotatable central seat and a fixed support upwardly extending out of the seat; first and second carriage assemblies each comprising two opposite rails each having one end formed as a joint pivotably secured to either side of the seat, a bar across the other ends of the rails, and a foot plate adapted to rotate horizontally with respect to the rails and move along the rails; and first and second damping assembly in the first and second carriage assemblies respectively and each comprising two rollers fixedly secured to the seat between the joints and an intermediate portion of the bar respectively, an elastic belt passing the rollers, and two attachments at both ends of the first elastic belt respectively, the attachments being releasably fastened at either carriage assembly.

Abstract:
The invention is a skating simulator 10 having a frame 20, a longitudinally extending rail 30, a carriage 40, and a foot pedal 50. The rail 30 is attached to the frame 20. The carriage 40 operably engages the rail 30 for reciprocating along a path 60 along the rail 30. The foot pedal 50 is attached to the carriage 40. The foot pedal 50 has an intermediate member 51, a foot pad 52, means for attaching the foot pad 52 to the intermediate member 51 allowing non circular arcuate movement of the foot pad 52 in relation to the intermediate member 51 in the longitudinal direction X and transverse direction Z.
Abstract:
An exercise apparatus comprising: a frame; a curved ramp comprised of a non-articulating, non-pivoting curved member that defines a unitary curved path of travel between a selected forward and selected rearward position; a foot support adapted to travel along the unitary curved path from the selected forward position to the selected rearward position and to travel along the same unitary curved path from the selected rearward position to the selected forward position; and a handle interconnected to the foot support and adapted to move in the same direction, forward or rearward, as the foot support via the interconnection to the foot support.
