    摘要: A fluid pump includes a housing having a lateral wall and an end wall, an insert located in the housing surrounded by the lateral wall and including a body having a central aperture and inlet and outlet fluid channels. A seal, located between the end wall and the insert, seals against fluid flow therebetween. A Gerotor pump mechanism located in the housing adjacent the inlet and outlet fluid channels includes a outer gear and an inner gear engaged with the outer gear for pumping fluid from the inlet fluid channel to the outlet fluid channel as the inner gear rotates relative to the outer gear. A cover, fitted in the housing and spaced axially from the end wall, is located adjacent the inner gear and outer gear and is secured to the housing.

Stator and a method for its production are described which can also be made with larger lengths at low production costs. Stator is composed of at least two stator segments that are axially arranged in a line, whereby the stator segments are connected to one another at their abutment so as to be pressure-tight by a tube of a polymer material that is pulled onto the casing and overlaps the abutments and by a metal ring radially pressed onto it.

    摘要: An apparatus for removing a stator tube from a position about a rotor of a progressing cavity pump is provided. The apparatus includes an actuator assembly having a base and a piston which is longitudinally displaceable relative to the base, and a pusher rod. The base of the actuator assembly is removably attachable to a discharge end of the stator tube. The pusher rod is longitudinally releasably attachable to the piston at a plurality of locations along the length of the pusher rod and is located to engage the rotor when the base is coupled to the stator tube. The pusher rod is coupled to the piston and the piston is driven by the actuator assembly. With only slight modifications the apparatus may also be used to install the stator tube on the rotor when operated in a substantially opposite way.

    摘要: A method for removing a stator tube from a position about a rotor of a progressing cavity pump is provided. An internal rotor meshes with an external rotor in a sleeve and at least one outlet-side pressure opening in a first end-face termination part. Both rotors have a dimension smaller than 10 mm. The invention further concerns a micromotor of similar construction in which the diameter of rotors and the casing are below 10 mm. The pump and motor are extremely miniaturized yet still permit a continuous flow with high feed pressure and high output.
