I disclose a frameless display apparatus for flat or essentially flat artwork. The apparatus comprises a transparent envelope with flaps to fold around the edges of the flat artwork. Four perpendicular pairs of rods meet at a hub to create a T-shaped cross brace. Clips on the terminal ends of each pair of rods couple to the edges of the enclosed artwork to stabilize the artwork from twisting in place. The artwork and cross brace rest directly in a wall mount, or spaced forward of the wall with one or more interlocking forward extension elements.

A frame which has a wire extending across a rear of the frame is hung on a wall by an integral flexible spring member shaped to define a center mounting plate fastened to lie flat on the wall and a spring strap standing at right angles to the plate with a pair of arms each extending outwardly from the mounting plate along the wall to a respective side of the mounting plate. The arms receive and locate the wire extending along the arms and depending from ends of the arms to the sides of the frame. The case is housed inside a housing sleeve of the bracket from the lower side. A reinforcement is fixed to the lower side of the case, the reinforcement thereby restricting deformation of a lower side portion of the case. Vibration deformation of the lower side portion of the case due for example to vibration of the vehicle can accordingly be suppressed, enabling the occurrence of chattering of the mirror to be suppressed.

A system and method for mounting a display or sign to a ceiling, wall or window frame includes an elongated channel having magnets that are affixed to a ceiling grid and mounting hooks or the like to suspend the sign or display from the channel. The channel includes high friction strips on a neck for engagement by a pole end gripper on a pole for mounting the channel on the ceiling while the user stands on the floor. End caps may be mounted on the channel. Mounting plates may be affixed to the ceiling or wall for magnetically engaging the channel. A wall mount channel includes an offset neck for gripping by the pole end gripper. A magnetic clip including a string for suspending a display may be mounted with the pole end gripper. An embodiment of the channel includes hooks for engaging an open girder ceiling.

In one embodiment, the adjustable mount assembly comprises a supporting element having a vertical tubular member configured to securely hold a connecting means, such as a Z-bracket for supporting a convex mirror, an adjustable element insertable into the supporting element, and two clamping elements that when inserted into vertical slots in each of the supporting element and the adjustable element, form a clamping assembly that holds the adjustable mount assembly snugly in place on top of the partition wall. The adjustable mount assembly is adjustable to snugly fit over the top of any partition wall to support a convex mirror or other devices by means of an interchangeable mount adapter and may also comprise release buttons on the adjustable element to facilitate disassembly of an assembled mount assembly.

An apparatus and method for hanging objects on a supporting wall includes a bracket with an outwardly extending shelf for supporting engagement with the object. A flange extends upwardly from the bracket and is secured by a fastener to the object. A marking device is removably mounted in an aperture formed in the bracket and has a sharp marking element extending therefrom. After the bracket is attached to the object by the fasteners and the marking element is positioned in the aperture, the object is pressed against the supporting wall at the desired hanging location whereupon the marking element marks the wall at the correct location for installing the hanging hardware. After the hanging hardware is installed at the marked locations, it is subsequently received in the bracket aperture after the marking element is removed therefrom to hang the object on the hanging hardware.
