摘要: An anti-overflow hammer and handle fixing structure includes a hammer body and a handle body. The hammer body has a flared slot, and the handle body has a fitting fixed head. After the flared slot of the hammer body is sheathed on the fitting fixed head of the handle body, an adhesive is filled up into the flared slot to improve the stability of combining the hammer body with the handle body and prevent any extra adhesive residue from overflowing to improve the assembly convenience and the structural assembly stability to achieve excellent structural stability and assembly convenience.

摘要: A handle includes an inner core and a gripping portion disposed around the periphery of the inner core, and at least one chamber is formed between the inner core and the gripping portion. A hammering tool includes the handle. When the hammering tool is used for striking, the internal damping slot of the hammerhead can use a damping material as a first buffering and absorb the vibration and impact force of the hammerhead, which are then delivered to the inner core of the handle, the inner damping layer and its chamber serve as a second buffering and absorb the vibration and impact force delivered from the inner core of the handle, and finally, the outer damping layer serves as a third buffering and absorbs the vibration and impact force delivered from the inner damping layer.

摘要: A striking tool includes an elongated handle having a first end and a second end. The head is attached to or formed integrally with the first end of the handle and defines a striking portion, a claw portion, and a body portion therebetween. The striking tool may have slots, notches, and/or cavities configured to engage fasteners or other objects for applying torsion thereto. A striking member may be removably attached to the striking portion of the head, which may define a nail puller. Attachments, such as an axe head, may be removably attachable to the head of the striking tool.

摘要: A hand tool comprising a head portion, a shaft, and a grip component is provided. The grip component and the shaft form a handle of the hand tool. The grip component is a reverse-molded component formed by: forming the external portion of the grip component by molding a first thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material or thermoplastic urethane (TPU) material into a shell that surrounds a first cavity; after forming the external portion; placing the shaft into the first cavity; and, after the external portion is formed and the shaft is placed into the first cavity, forming the inner portion of the grip component by injecting a second TPE material or TPU material into the first cavity and onto the shaft. The first TPE or TPU material has a first level of hardness, and the second TPE or TPU material has a second level of hardness lower than the first level.

摘要: A multipurpose floor demolition tool enables removing, scraping, manipulating, and replacing a floor and floor covering and components without having to bend down, and with a lesser application of force. The tool provides a plate that is sufficiently flat, and has a straight scraping edge for scraping, flipping over, and prying floor components. The plate forms a central aperture for prying a nail from the floor. The plate has a first curvilinear edge defined by a claw for tearing and prying floor components. The plate has a second edge defined by a tab for prying floor components. A portion of the first and second edges are perpendicular to the straight scraping edge, such that the first and second edges simultaneously engage a floor. A handle joins with the straight mounting edge to enable manipulation of the plate and provide leverage for prying and scraping floor components with the plate.
