摘要： A chalk line device that includes a housing, a reel mounted for rotation within the housing, a liquid container disposed within the housing, and a handle connected with the reel and extending outside the housing is provided. The reel is constructed and arranged to carry a chalk line wound thereon. The reel is positioned in the liquid container such that the chalk line wound therein is at least partially submerged in the liquid chalk received in the liquid container. The liquid container has a sealed configuration and an unsealed configuration. In the unsealed configuration, the liquid container is configured to receive liquid chalk therein. In the sealed configuration, the liquid container substantially seals the liquid chalk received therein. The handle is operable to wind up the chalk line onto the reel.

A first layer comprises a glass-mat material, a second layer comprises carbon fiber, and a third layer comprises a glass fabric material. A composite level can also have only two layers of material. The method to manufacture the carbon fiber composite level comprises a pultrusion process wherein a fiber glass material and carbon fiber are saturated with resin and molded into a final shape.

An internal support structure disposed within the tubular configuration of the level body and spanning longitudinally along the level body so as to be disposed on both sides of the top opening to provide structural support to the level body in the vicinity of the top opening. A carrier positioned beneath the bubble vial and between the internal support structure and the bubble vial. The bubble vial body has a length that is less than a length of the top opening in the top wall of the level body.

摘要： A knife includes a handle portion and a cutting head portion. The cutting head portion includes a lid portion and a base portion configured to receive a blade therebetween. The lid portion is coupled to the base portion by a hinge. Rotation of the lid portion relative to the base portion away from the base portion opens a space above the base portion through which the blade may lifted. A method of removing a blade from a knife includes rotating a lid portion relative to a base portion about a hinge coupling the lid portion to the base portion, further rotating the lid portion until a protrusion fixed to the lid portion extends through the base portion and lifts up on the blade to create a gap between the blade and the base portion, and grasping the blade at the gap to pull the blade away from the base portion.

摘要： A hand tool comprising a head portion, a shaft, and a grip component is provided. The grip component and the shaft form a handle of the hand tool. The grip component is a reverse-molded component formed by: forming the external portion of the grip component by molding a first thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material or thermoplastic urethane (TPU) material into a shell that surrounds a first cavity; after forming the external portion; placing the shaft into the first cavity; and, after the external portion is formed and the shaft is placed into the first cavity, forming the inner portion of the grip component by injecting a second TPE material or TPU material into the first cavity and onto the shaft. The first TPE or TPU material has a first level of hardness, and the second TPE or TPU material has a second level of hardness lower than the first level.
