    摘要: A polymeric peroxy ester, which consists of a structural unit represented by the formula (I): ##STR1## and a structural unit represented by the general formula (II): ##STR2## wherein R represents --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --, --C.tbd.C-- or ##STR3## and had an average molecular weight or 1,000-15,000, said structural units (I) and (II) being bonded alternately in a molar ratio within the range of from 6:4 to 4:6, has a 10-hour half-life period temperature of 70.degree.-85.degree. C. and a high activity at relatively high temperature, is safe in the production and handling, is adapted to be used as a polymerization initiator in the polymerization of vinyl monomer, and can produce a vinyl polymer having a high molecular weight.

    摘要: Linear alternating copolymers of carbon monoxide and an unsaturated bicyclic carboxylic acid compound are produced in the presence of a catalyst composition formed from a palladium compound, an anion of certain strong acids and a bidentate ligand of nitrogen. When the bidentate ligand is a bidentate ligand of phosphorus and an ethylenically unsaturated hydrocarbon is also present, a mixture of polymers is produced which includes the linear alternating copolymer.

    摘要: A process for preparing linear, alternating interpolymers of olefins and carbon monoxide (polyketones) comprises reacting carbon monoxide with one or more olefins in the presence of a catalyst prepared by reacting a source of palladium, with a bidentante amine, phosphine, arsine or stibine and a anion of a anion having the formula: ##STR1## wherein the R groups are independently selected from C.sub.1 to C.sub.6 alkylene groups, ortho-phenylene or biphenylene groups or groups having the formula: ##STR2## or substituted derivatives thereof. The process is characterized by being carried out in the presence of a quinone e.g. benzoquinone.

C., and degradable between 130.degree. C. and the contacting temperature, the hydroperoxide being made from a precursor comprising at least one benzylic or allylic hydrogen in its molecule.
