摘要: An electric current imaging system, device, and method includes an array of vector magnetometers that senses one or more magnetic fields in three directions produced by a flow of electric current. Such a system (and devices and methods thereof) can further include a display that displays a visual reconstruction of the original electric current that produced the magnetic field(s). The disclosed embodiments image electric current flow (both magnitude and direction) without the need for rastering or relative motion between the sensors and the conductor/device being viewed. Such embodiments can be scaled to fit both large and small applications by using discreet devices or manufacturing a single, miniaturized array with MEMS technologies.

摘要: A system for monitoring at least one machine including a plurality of magnetic sensors synchronously sensing magnetic fields emitted by at least one machine, along a corresponding plurality of channels and outputting magnetic field emission signals corresponding to the magnetic fields, a signal analyzer receiving at least a portion of the magnetic field emission signals, performing analysis thereof, and providing an output based on the analysis, the output including at least an indication of a condition of the at least one machine, and a control module receiving the indication of the condition and initiating at least one of a repair event on the at least one machine, an adjustment to a maintenance schedule of the at least one machine and an adjustment to an operating parameter of the at least one machine based on the indication, whereby efficacy of the at least one machine is improved.

摘要: An offset data acquisition method and device of a fluxgate magnetometer are provided by the present disclosure, wherein the offset data acquisition method of the fluxgate magnetometer comprises: controlling the first analog switch, the second analog switch and the third analog switch to change directions within a preset period to obtain eight switch direction combinations between the first analog switch, the second analog switch and the third analog switch; acquiring magnetic field measurement data corresponding to an each of the switch direction combinations; and the magnetic field measurement data comprises x-axis magnetic field measurement data, y-axis magnetic field measurement data and z-axis magnetic field measurement data; and acquiring the offset data based on influence factors of an offset and the magnetic field measurement data within the preset period.

摘要: A signal processing circuit processes first to third detection signals output from a magnetic sensor device. The signal processing circuit includes a sphere information generation section that performs first processing and a determination section that performs second processing. With a set of values of the first to third detection signals at a certain timing taken as measurement data and with coordinates that represent the measurement data in an orthogonal coordinate system taken as a measurement point, the first processing includes determining center coordinates of a virtual sphere having a spherical surface approximating the distribution of a plurality of measurement data. The second processing includes determining whether four or more pieces of measurement data are suitable for use in the first processing.

摘要: An electric utility meter including a Hall Effect sensor configured to sense a magnetic field proximate the electric utility meter. The electric utility meter also includes a controller having an electronic processor, the controller configured to receive a signal indicative of a magnitude of the magnetic field proximate the electric utility meter from the sensor, determine whether the magnitude of the magnetic field exceeds a first magnitude threshold and whether a threshold flag has been set, set the threshold flag when the threshold flag has not been set and the magnitude exceeds the first magnitude threshold, determine an amount of time for which the magnitude has exceeded the first magnitude threshold when the threshold flag has been set, and generate an alert indicative of a magnetic tamper event when the amount of time exceeds a time threshold.

In the case of a position detection system having the sensor arrangement, the values of magnetic bits are detected in the range of a detected bit sequence and the position of each 0→1 and 1→0 bit transition along a longitudinal axis of a code object is determined from the detected bit values.
