摘要： The invention discloses a sound generator having a voice coil. The most outer layer of the voice coil is defined as a tailend layer (last layer), which is wound obliquely from a top of the penult layer adjacent to the diaphragm in a direction away from the diaphragm, so that the high frequency pit of the sound generator is improved. The most outer layer of the voice coil is not completely wound such that the most outer layer reduces the contacting area between the dome and the voice coil, which reduces the split vibration of the dome at high frequency and improves the high frequency-resonance performance.

摘要： The present invention discloses a speaker having a vibrating system and a flexible circuit board. The vibrating system has a lower vibrating diaphragm with a first fastening portion, a second fastening portion, and a vibrating portion having a first and a second connecting portion and a middle portion. A vertical distance between a tangent line along a vertical vibrating direction at a first end of the first connecting portion and another tangent line along the direction of the middle portion is a first distance; another vertical distance between a tangent line along the direction at the second end of the second connecting portion and another tangent line along the direction of the middle portion is a second distance. Both the first and second distance are longer than a distance of the maximum elastic deformation of the flexible circuit board. The quality of speaker can be improved.

摘要： A speaker includes a basket and a diaphragm assembly. The diaphragm assembly is located on the basket, and has a diaphragm, a damper, a surround, and a conductor. An inner edge and an outer edge of the damper are respectively connected to a bottom surface of the diaphragm and the basket. The surround and the damper are disposed on the basket and at different horizontal levels. The conductor is located on a bottom surface of the damper. The diaphragm assembly can be pre-manufactured to improve the convenience of assembling the speaker. Moreover, the damper does not move up and down exceedingly along with the voice coil, thereby preventing the damper from contacting underlying components. In addition, the total thickness of the speaker can be reduced, which facilitates thinning requirements. Alternatively, an excursion length can be increased, which facilitates the low frequency design of the speaker.
