摘要： A steering apparatus includes a tilt hinge shaft fixed to a vehicle body, a steering column that rotationally supports the steering shaft, and a ground clamp, which is made of an elastically deformable conductive material. The ground clamp is arranged between the tilt hinge shaft and the steering column. The ground clamp includes a second arcuate section that contacts the tilt hinge shaft, a first bent section that contacts the steering column, and a deformation section that extends between the second arcuate section and the first bent section. The deformation section is elastically deformable such that the second arcuate section and the first bent section approach each other. The ground clamp is arranged between the tilt hinge shaft and the steering column with the deformation section being elastically deformed.

摘要： A rotatable connector device includes a rotator and a stator which are fit to each other so as to be rotatable with respect to each other. The rotator and the stator form an accommodation space. In a bottom part of the accommodation space, a retainer for axially supporting a plurality of rotatable rollers and a flat cable are accommodated. A guide unit for allowing a reversed part to be pressed thereon is fit and fixed to the retainer. In a vertical cross-section vertical to a planar surface of the retainer, a guide surface of the guide unit which faces the reversed part has a vertical cross-sectional shape which does not contact a prescribed range of the flat cable in a width direction of the flat cable.

摘要： Provided is a wiring holding structure, wherein wiring for electrically connecting a vehicle body to the vehicle sliding door is held in the vehicle body. The wiring holding structure comprises a step member provided adjacent to the vehicle sliding door and a holding portion for holding the wiring. The step member is molded of plastic material. The holding portion is for holding the wiring. The holding portion comprises a first holding portion integrally molded onto the step member; and a second holding member that is fixed to face the first holding section. The second holding member holds the wiring together with the first holding portion. The number of components necessary for the wiring holding structure can thereby be reduced, and the size of the wiring holding structure is made more compact.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a compact sliding device having a simple structure configured to reduce the number of cut lines formed on a mat mounted on a cabin of a vehicle.A sliding device 1 for routing an electric wire 5 between a vehicle floor and a seat includes: a rail 9 having a supporting rail 7 to which a supporting body 11 of the seat is attached, and a receiving part 8 extended along the supporting rail 7; a corrugate tube 4 receiving the electric wire 5; a slider 10 configured to slide in conjunction with the supporting body 11 while holding the corrugate tube 4 extracted into an inside of the supporting rail 7; and a guiding member 12 for bending the corrugate tube 4 extracted out of the supporting rail 7 in a U-shape, and guiding the corrugate tube 4 into an inside of the receiving part 8, and for guiding the corrugate tube 4 onto an inner side wall 81 of the receiving part 8 away from the supporting rail 7. The corrugate tube 4 is further bent in a U-shape in the receiving part 8, and a folded back part of the corrugate tube 4 abuts on an inner side wall 82 of the receiving part 8 near the supporting wall 7 owing to an elastic restoring force of the corrugate tube 4.

摘要： The present invention relates to a steering roll connector for a vehicle. The steering roll connector includes a roll stator, a roll rotor, a roller plate, and a locking unit. The roll stator is fixed to a vehicle. The roll rotor is coaxial to the stator, is rotatable relative to the stator, and includes a rotor connector provided with a steering wheel connector. The roller plate is rotatably disposed between the roll stator and the roll rotor. When a steering wheel shaft of the vehicle is not installed on the steering roll connector, the locking unit maintains the steering roll connector in a neutral position. When the steering wheel shaft is installed on the steering roll connector, the locking unit enables the roll rotor to rotate relative to the roll stator.

A printed circuit board is secured in the housing and formed with a plurality of manipulation switches and switch circuits. A dial is rotatably installed between the housing and printed circuit board. A switching device outputs a manipulation signal of the manipulation switches to a system selected by turning the dial. This switch manipulates various systems of the vehicle by using one remote control switch mounted on the steering wheel, thereby reducing the cost of materials and obtaining a sufficient installment space.
