摘要： A harness wiring apparatus wires a harness between a floor of a car and a seat, which is supported by a supporting member mounted at a long-tube-shaped support rail fixed at the floor. The harness wiring apparatus 1A includes a slider 10 holding the harness 4, which is led through an opening arranged at one end 7a in a direction of lengthwise of the support rail 7 into the support rail 7, and sliding interlockingly with the seat and the supporting member 11, and leading the harness 4 out of the support rail 7 through a slit 75 arranged at the support rail to the seat; and a receiving section 8 arranged in parallel to the support rail 7, and receiving an extra-length of the harness 4, which is led to an outside of the support rail 7 and folded to U-shape.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a compact sliding device having a simple structure configured to reduce the number of cut lines formed on a mat mounted on a cabin of a vehicle.A sliding device 1 for routing an electric wire 5 between a vehicle floor and a seat includes: a rail 9 having a supporting rail 7 to which a supporting body 11 of the seat is attached, and a receiving part 8 extended along the supporting rail 7; a corrugate tube 4 receiving the electric wire 5; a slider 10 configured to slide in conjunction with the supporting body 11 while holding the corrugate tube 4 extracted into an inside of the supporting rail 7; and a guiding member 12 for bending the corrugate tube 4 extracted out of the supporting rail 7 in a U-shape, and guiding the corrugate tube 4 into an inside of the receiving part 8, and for guiding the corrugate tube 4 onto an inner side wall 81 of the receiving part 8 away from the supporting rail 7. The corrugate tube 4 is further bent in a U-shape in the receiving part 8, and a folded back part of the corrugate tube 4 abuts on an inner side wall 82 of the receiving part 8 near the supporting wall 7 owing to an elastic restoring force of the corrugate tube 4.

摘要： An electrical wire routing device for routing an electric wire between a floor in an automobile and a seat includes a case following parallel to a support rail to which a support body supporting the seat is slidably attached. The case includes a tubular movement section attaching the electric wire thereto, guiding the electric wire to the seat, to which a slider sliding in association with the movement of the seat is slidably attached, and a housing section accommodating the extra length of the electric wire. The movement section and the housing section are provided as separated parts and placed parallel to each other. The extra length of the electric wire extracted from one end portion of the movement section and drawn into the housing section is accommodated in the housing section with the electric wire bent in a U-shape. The electric wire is accommodated in the corrugated tube.

The protector 4 includes a pair of wiring-harness hold portion 43 holding the two wiring harnesses 10 led through an opening 20 into the rail 2 to be arranged in parallel; portion arranged between the pair of wiring-harness hold portions 43, and passing the two wiring harnesses 10 therethrough, and extending with a cylindrical shape so as to go through the slit and be led to an outside of the rail 2; and a mount portion 68 attached at the support body 3 so as to have a gap allowing motion in the widthwise direction of the rail 2.

摘要： This object aims to provide a wire cabling device which a case can be shared among a plurality of devices for cabling electric wires to a plurality of sliders provided on the right and left sides of an automobile. A wire cabling device (1) comprises electric wires (50) for connecting an electronic apparatus mounted onto the floor (2) of an automobile with an electronic apparatus mounted to a seat (3), a case (5) for housing the intermediate portions of the wires (50), a slider capable of moving in linkage with the seat (3) on a rail installed in the case (5) while holding the wires (50), and a regulation member (90) which is provided in the case (5) and regulates the cabling route of the wires (50) in the case (5) by defining the case (5). The case (5) is so formed as to have a predetermined tubular cross-section along the sliding direction of the seat (3) by roll-molding, and the regulation member (90) is formed independently from the case (5).

摘要： An electrical wire routing device for routing an electric wire between a floor in an automobile and a seat includes a case following parallel to a support rail to which a support body supporting the seat is slidably attached. The case includes a tubelar movement section attaching the electric wire thereto, guiding the electric wire to the seat, to which a slider sliding in association with the movement of the seat is slidably attached, and a housing section accommodating the extra length of the electric wire. The movement section and the housing section are provided as separated parts and placed parallel to each other. The extra length of the electric wire extracted from one end portion of the movement section and drawn into the housing section is accommodated in the housing section with the electric wire bent in a U-shape. The electric wire is accommodated in the corrugated tube.
