Abstract: An anchor for a support member of a track system may include an anchor body, a toothed anchor portion, and an anchor member. The anchor body may be connectable to said support member. The toothed anchor portion may include a plurality of anchor teeth configured to engage a plurality of track teeth of a toothed portion of a track assembly. The anchor member may be configured to facilitate engagement of the plurality of anchor teeth and said plurality of track teeth. The anchor body, the toothed anchor portion, and the anchor member may be connected to one another to collectively form a hook portion configured to engage said toothed portion of said track assembly.

Abstract: The present invention provides a seat-sliding apparatus for a vehicle. Abstract: One example of a sliding device for a vehicle seat that can reduce false detection by a sensor is disclosed. The sliding device includes a fixed rail fixed to a vehicle; a movable rail, to which the vehicle seat is directly or indirectly fixed, that is slidable relative to the fixed rail; a mounting bracket having a fixed portion directly or indirectly fixed to the movable rail, and an extending portion extending from the fixed portion to a front side of the seat; a sensor fixed to the mounting bracket and displaced with the movable rail to detect a position of the movable rail; and a restrictor located closer to the front side of the seat than the fixed portion is. The restrictor restricts a displacement of the sensor by contacting the mounting bracket or the sensor when the extending portion is displaced in excess of a predefined extent.

Abstract: A method is provided for producing a sliding rail of a longitudinal adjustment device for a vehicle seat, in which the longitudinal adjustment device has at least one pair of rails having two sliding rails and having sliding and/or rolling elements, the two sliding rails can be moved in the longitudinal direction against one another, the sliding and/or rolling elements are disposed between the sliding rails, and the sliding rails have contact tracks by which the sliding and/or rolling elements are in contact. A sliding rail is produced and then painted. Subsequently, at least one contact track is irradiated with a laser. In this way the layer of paint located on the contact track is removed.
