摘要： The present invention is a photographic roll film which includes a photographic film strip and a light shielding paper secured to the photographic film strip. The backing paper has a leader which includes at least one cinch tab extending out of a plane of the light shielding paper. 摘要： A photographic film is connected with a leader by engagement with an engaging piece provided on the leader. The film is then conveyed by being pulled by the leader since engaging holes in the film are engageable with engaging pieces provided on a leader. The engaging holes are formed at a leading end portion of a photographic film. Portions of the photographic film around the engaging holes are reinforced by adhering a reinforcement piece to the leading end portion of the photographic film, thereby preventing the photographic film from being torn at the engaging holes.

摘要： In a 120- or 220-size roll film, a leader of a light-shielding paper has at least a hole to be engaged with a claw formed in a slit of a spool core. A pair of ribs are formed on an opposite wall of the slit from the claw. The ribs have a height larger than a thickness of the light-shielding paper plus a distance from a peak of the claw to the opposite wall, so that the ribs urge the leader toward the claw, and let the hole be caught on the claw. The claw has side projections which protrude in an axial direction of the spool core in proximity to the peak of the claw. Guide surfaces of the claw which face entrances of the slit are inclined toward each other, such that the hole caught on the claw is guided to be engaged with the side projections upon the leader being relatively moved away from the slit when the spool is rotated.

摘要： A photo filmstrip has plural perforations arranged along each of lateral edges and at a regular interval. A trailer is retained to a spool to be wound about the spool in a roll form. A retainer portion is formed at a smaller width by cutting each of the lateral edges along a first line being substantially perpendicular to the lateral edges, and by cutting the trailer along second and third lines being substantially parallel to the lateral edges. The retainer portion is adapted to be retained on the spool. The first line lies on one side of one of the perforations having been arranged before forming the retainer portion along the lateral edges.
