Abstract: A semantic analysis apparatus, method, and non-transitory computer readable storage medium thereof are provided. The semantic analysis apparatus performs phrase analysis on a Chinese character string to obtain several groups and semantically analyzes the groups to obtain at least one first probability distribution, wherein each first probability distribution has several first probability values corresponding to several tags one-to-one. The semantic analysis apparatus divides the Chinese character string into several Chinese characters and semantically analyzes the Chinese characters to obtain at least one second probability distribution, wherein each second probability distribution has several second probability values corresponding to the tags one-to-one. The semantic analysis apparatus calculates at least one third probability distribution based on the at least one first probability distribution and the at least one second probability distribution and determines at least one output information of the Chinese character string based on the at least one third probability distribution.

Abstract: An abnormal behavior detection model building apparatus and an abnormal behavior detection model building method thereof are provided. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and a method for detecting a dangerous vehicle. This method includes steps as follows. Vehicle detectors spaced apart from each other are provided, and each vehicle detector obtains a traffic image. The server infers the interaction among the vehicles in the traffic image according to a car-following theory, so as to find at least one outlier vehicle from the vehicles and to select the outlier vehicle as a focus vehicle to be tracked. The server determines whether the driving behavior of the focus vehicle falls into an abnormal behavior model.

Abstract: A transmission system and a transmission method are provided. The transmission system comprises a compressor, an intermediate terminal, and a decompressor. The compressor transmits an initial Internet Protocol package (IP package). The initial IP package comprised an initial forwarding table. The initial forwarding table records at least one candidate context identification (CID). The intermediate terminal receives the IP package and selects the at least one candidate CID different from an intermediate CID recorded in the intermediate terminal, so as to create an intermediate forwarding table. And, the intermediate terminal transmits an intermediate IP package. The decompressor receives the intermediate IP package. The decompressor selects the at least one candidate CID different from a decompressor CID recorded in the decompressor to be a target CID.
