    Abstract: An adjustment knob for rotating a horizontal vane and a vertical vane of a motor vehicle air vent is provided. The adjustment knob includes a knob body and a vane rotating portion. The knob body is coupled to the horizontal vane so as to be movable in a horizontal direction. An inserting gap, into which the horizontal vane is inserted in a frontward direction, and a receiving gap, which is enlarged from the inserting gap, are penetrated through the knob body in the horizontal direction. The vane rotating portion rotates the vertical vane by a movement of the knob body. The vane rotating portion is fixed to a rear end of the knob body below the inserting gap, and is connected to the vertical vane. The knob body is coupled to the horizontal vane such that a front end of the horizontal vane is positioned in the receiving gap and the vane rotating portion is adjacent to a rear end of the horizontal vane.

    Abstract: A damper dial for a vehicle air vent has a dial body, a first dial bush, a second dial bush, an O-ring, and a dial fixture. A hinge hole is formed to penetrate a center portion of the dial body. A dial is formed on a front surface portion of the dial body. A hinge protrusion protrudes from one side surface of the first dial bush. A support pin extends from a distal end portion of the hinge protrusion. An insertion groove is inwardly formed on one surface of the second dial bush. An annular groove is formed outside the insertion groove. The O-ring installed so that an outer surface of the O-ring makes contact with one side surface of the dial body. An assembling hole is perforated and formed in the dial fixture.

    Abstract: A vent unit includes a bezel installed on a vehicle and formed in a ring shape with a flow hole at the center, and a spacer overlapping and coupled to the bezel and formed in a ring shape rotating relative to the bezel. The bezel has a plurality of first through-holes circumferentially spaced apart from one another, and the spacer has a plurality of second through-holes circumferentially spaced apart from one another such that conditioning air is discharged to an interior through the second through-holes and the first through-holes when the second through-holes are aligned with the first through-holes by circumferential rotation. The vent unit further includes a wing disposed in the flow hole of the bezel and coupled to the spacer through a hinge shaft. The wing controls discharge of conditioning air through the flow hole by axially rotating, and circumferentially relatively rotating together with the spacer.
