    摘要: The disclosure presents a method and an amplifier system for minimizing variation in an acoustical signal caused by variation in gain of an amplifier, comprising a battery for providing a supply voltage to the amplifier, a digital signal processor for providing the acoustical signal to the amplifier, a controller unit receiving an enablement signal when the supply voltage is in an offset mode, and based on the enablement signal requesting a measured voltage during a time period, and a first analog-to-digital converter configured for measuring the supply voltage to the amplifier when receiving the request from the controller unit or the first analog-to-digital converter is configured for measuring the supply voltage to the amplifier continuously, and where variations in the measured voltage relates to variations in the supply voltage during the time period. Furthermore, the controller unit is configured to predict offset modes (i.e. changes) in the supply voltage based on the enablement signals and a fitting of the measured voltages, and wherein the controller unit is configured to generate a compensating signal based on the fitting and transmit the compensating signal to the digital signal processor, the digital signal processor is then configured to minimize variation in the acoustical signal at the output of the amplifier by compensating the variation in gain of the amplifier based on the compensating signal.

    摘要: A voice activity detection unit is configured to receive at least two electric input signals in a number of frequency bands and a number of time instances, k and m being frequency band and time indices, respectively, (k, m) defining a specific time-frequency tile of said electric input signal. The voice activity detection unit is configured to provide a resulting voice activity detection estimate comprising one or more parameters indicative of whether or not a given time-frequency tile contains or to what extent it comprises a target speech signal. The voice activity detection unit comprises a) a first detector for analyzing the time-frequency representation of the electric input signals and identifying spectro-spatial characteristics of said electric input signals, and b) and is configured for providing said resulting voice activity detection estimate in dependence of said spectro-spatial characteristics.     摘要: A hearing device, a hearing system and a method for improving a hearing impaired person's ability to perceptually separate a target sound from competing sounds, the target sound and the competing sounds forming a composite sound signal having a given frequency range, where the method comprises the steps of: (i) subdividing the frequency range of the composite sound signal into a plurality of frequency sub-bands; (ii) grouping frequency sub-bands based on comparable characteristics of the plurality of frequency sub-bands; (iii) for each of the groups calculating a group envelope; and (iv) multiplying the signal in the frequency sub-bands of each individual group by a function or functions that enhance(s) peaks of the group envelope and/or attenuates energy in troughs in the group envelope. The comparable characteristics may be the correlation between the envelope of each of the bands in the specific group of frequency sub-bands and the corresponding group envelope.

The antenna unit comprises an active unit being connected to a ground unit by a feeder unit, the active unit includes an active surface, and a shield unit having a continuous surface, where a first section of the continuous surface may be arranged adjacent to the active surface. Furthermore, the active surface may be configured to transmit an electric field in a direction along or perpendicular to an ear-to-ear axis of the user when the hearing device may be worn in its operational position by the user, whereby the electric field may be coupled by a capacitive coupling towards the first section generating an electromagnetic near field, and where the shield unit may be configured to focus the electromagnetic near field inside the hearing device.
