    摘要: A method for controlling a propeller of an aircraft, comprises receiving, with a processor, one or more signals indicative of commanded collective pitch of the propeller; receiving, with the processor, one or more sensed signals indicative of propeller axial speed, propeller rotational speed, and air density; estimating, with the processor, a propeller torque and propeller thrust from one or more of the propeller axial speed, the propeller rotational speed, and the air density; determining, with the processor, information indicative of an error value between a desired torque and a measured torque in the propeller; determining, with the processor, information indicative of a corrected pitch command in response to the determining of the error value; combining, with the processor, the corrected pitch command with the propeller rotational speed into an adjustment solution; providing, with the processor, the propeller with the adjustment solution.

    摘要: A method of making a transparent article includes mixing an oxygen source, a nitrogen source, a magnesium source, a silicon source and a calcium source. The oxygen source, the nitrogen source, the magnesium source, the silicon source, and the calcium source are milled and heated to form a molten oxynitride glass modified by calcium and magnesium. The molten oxynitride glass modified by calcium and magnesium is then cooled to form a transparent body having ballistic resistance with a level of performance satisfying Level IV of National Institute of Justice Standard 0108.01. Transparent articles having transparent bodies formed from the oxynitride glass are also described.

    摘要: A system and method for identifying a slung load for an aircraft with one or more sensors includes receiving, with a processor via one or more sensors, sensor information related to flight dynamics data for the aircraft; determining, with the processor, control input commands for the aircraft in response to the receiving of the flight dynamics data; determining, with the processor, signals indicative of an estimated pendulum frequency; and determining, with the processor, parameters associated with the slung load in response to the determining of the estimated pendulum frequencies.
