The door hinge structure comprises an upper fixture unit which is screwed to a predetermined front upper portion of a refrigerator body, and has an upper hinge pin to be inserted in a top aperture formed at an upper surface of a refrigerator door, an upper hinge unit which is mounted on the upper surface of the door, and has a through opening for allowing a distal end of the upper hinge pin to be slidably inserted therethrough, the upper hinge unit being coupled with the upper fixture unit by making use of a torsion spring so that it is vertically spaced therewith, a lower fixture unit which is screwed to a predetermined front lower portion of the body, and has a lower hinge pin to be inserted in a bottom aperture formed, at a lower surface of the door, a lower hinge unit which is mounted on the lower surface of the door, and has a through opening for the insertion of the lower hinge pin, and a stopper member which is interposed between the lower fixture unit and the lower hinge unit and is adapted to stop pivotal movement of the door at least one time.
Abstract:
A gamma correction apparatus and method capable of preventing noise boost-up. A signal extraction unit extracts high-frequency signals and low-frequency signals from an input image signal, a temporary weight value calculation unit calculates a predetermined temporary weight value based on the luminance level of the input image signal, a decision unit determines the high-frequency signals of the extracted high-frequency signals involved in a gamma correction based on the calculated temporary weight value, and a gamma correction unit applies the gamma correction to the extracted high-frequency signals and low-frequency signals involved in the gamma correction, so that the present invention can prevent a noise boost-up phenomenon occurring upon the gamma correction.
Abstract:
A video conference system and a control method thereof which allows conferencees to communicate by making eye contact with each other. The video conference system includes an input device for detecting images and outputting a first video signal, the input device being adjustable to align it to the line of vision of a user. A main frame receives the first video signal and transmits it to a computer on the other end of a network, and receives a second video signal from the computer on the other end and outputs a video control signal to enable reproduction of the second video signal. A monitor receives the video control signal and reproduces images corresponding to the second video signal on a display area of the monitor not blocked by the input device.
Abstract:
A floating point multiplier circuit for multiplying two binary numbers includes a multiplier, a binary point processing device, a first network adder/subtracter, a second adder/subtracter, and a control device. In the floating point multiplier circuit, the circuit for operating the exponent and mantissa is designed using a parallel arrangement of PMOS and NMOS transistors. Faster operation is realized by transmitting in parallel a given input and a resulting output. Furthermore, the structure is much simpler than configurations using conventional logic gates thereby resulting in reduced chip area and efficient use of VLSI design methodologies.
Abstract:
Provided is a wrist guard designed to press the radial and ulnar parts of a wrist toward the center of the wrist by means of a compression pad, so as to prevent side effects, such as hand numbness and swelling and effectively provide a fixing force of the wrist, thereby preventing the wrist from being excessively bent and alleviating wrist pain. The wrist guard allows a user to adjust the pressure load on the radial and ulnar parts of the wrist. It is possible to smoothly insert and assemble the pressing member into a coupling body, therefore improving operational feeling, the wrist guard may be stably used, and damage due to interference can be prevented. A stable pulling operation prevents wear and damage. As an excessive pressure load on the radial and ulnar regions is attenuated, the wrist guard is more convenient and comfortable.
