Semiconductor device and method for fabricating the same, which can improve an isolation characteristic and prevent a leakage current in conducting a borderless process, the device including a semiconductor substrate having an active region and a field region defined thereon, a bilayered gate electrode formed in one direction on the active region, a trench formed in the field region, an isolation region formed in, and on the trench to form a step to the semiconductor substrate so as to be projected from the semiconductor substrate, an insulating film barrier formed along a boundary of the active region projected from the semiconductor substrate, impurity regions in the semiconductor substrate in the active region on both sides of the gate line, a planar protection film having contact holes to the impurity regions on both sides of the active region, and a contact plug formed in each of the contact holes.

The present invention relates to a navigation system for preventing an airplane or a ship carrying freight and passengers from becoming involved in an accident with other transport means. To this end, the navigation system of the present invention includes: a GPS module for obtaining position information on first transport means; an information searching module for searching second transport means positioned a predetermined distance away from the first transport means with reference to the position information and operation schedule of the first transport means; a path creating module for creating a secure path for the first transport means with reference to information on an operation path according to the operation schedules and the position information on the first and second transport means; and a display module for displaying the position information on the first and second transport means.

A method of buffering data from core circuitry includes generating a first sourcing control signal responsive to indication signals indicating an operating voltage and output data, generating a second sourcing control signal responsive to the indication signals, and applying the operating voltage to an output terminal in response to the first sourcing control signal and the second sourcing control signal. The first sourcing control signal swings between the operating voltage and a reference voltage. The reference voltage is a signal selected from among a plurality of internal voltages in response to selection signals generated as a result of decoding the indication signals.

Provided is a launchable remote-control attack device that enables an operator to remotely grasp the status of a target place and to remotely control weapons it has been equipped with to perform an attack using explosives or gas when necessary. The remote-control attack device includes a cylindrical body with a camera, drivers which are made up of two tires that are disposed on opposite sides of the body and can be driven individually, and battery units for supplying power and which are disposed in central openings of the tires of the drivers. The attack device further includes a plurality of storage units and a wireless control unit.

A System on Chip (SoC) may include a logic circuit, a plurality of input/output pads, and a plurality of input/output circuits electrically coupled between the logic circuit and respective ones of the plurality of input/output pads. In addition, a voltage detection circuit may be coupled to the plurality of input/output circuits. More particularly, the voltage detection circuit may be configured to detect first and second power supply voltages at the plurality of input/output circuits with the first and second power supply voltages having different on-state voltage levels. Related methods are also discussed.

A mobile terminal includes a display and a controller. The display outputs a first input window configured to receive a first message. When input data is received into at least one message field of the first input window, the controller determines whether or not the input data conforms to a format of the first input window corresponding to the first message. The controller also outputs a notification after the input is determined not to conform to the format corresponding to the first input window corresponding to the first message. The display outputs a second input window to receive a second message. The second input window has at least one message field different from the message fields in the first input window.
