Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a data transmission method and a device, comprising: dividing a time unit into DL areas, a time unit including at least two DL areas; notifying a terminal of the divided DL areas by means of configuration signaling. The terminal receiving the configuration signaling; according to said configuration signaling, determining DL areas into which a time unit is divided. Using the present application, defining at least two DL detection areas in a time unit, a terminal detects a downlink transmission in each detection area, and, when one is detected, performs ACK/NACK feedback in an uplink area corresponding to said downlink area. In the present invention, each downlink area has a defined feedback and scheduling relationship, respectively, by means of dividing a time unit into multiple downlink areas, thereby increasing scheduling flexibility and system resource utilization.

Determined is that a TB needs to be divided into M CBG; grouping, according to a preset grouping scheme, multiple CB produced when the one TB is code block segmented, thus diving the one TB into the M CBG; and transmitting data according to the M CBG, where M is a positive integer. The technical solution of the present invention solves the technical problem of low data transmission efficiency and low resource utilization rate in an LTE system found in the prior art.

Abstract: The invention relates to the field of wireless communication technology, and in particular, to a method and device for transmitting and receiving feedback information, resolving a problem of providing ACK/NACK feedback of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission in an uplink pilot time slot (UpPTS). In one embodiment of the invention, the method comprises: a terminal transmits, in a special subframe n, PUSCH data, and receive, in a subframe (n+kPHICH), physical hybrid-ARQ indicator channel (PHICH) data corresponding to the PUSCH data, wherein a PHICH is used to carry feedback information of the PUSCH data; and a network apparatus receives, in the special subframe n, the PUSCH data, and transmits, in the subframe (n+kPHICH), the PHICH data corresponding to the PUSCH data. Therefore, the embodiment implements transmission of ACK/NACK of PUSCH data in an UpPTS.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a power distribution method and apparatus, used for enabling simultaneous transmission by communication channels using TTI of different lengths by means of controlling the transmission power of the transmission channels respectively using TTI of different lengths to not surpass the permitted maximum transmission power of a device. The method comprises: determining the sum of the transmission powers of an uplink channel using a first TTI length for transmission and of an uplink channel using a second TTI length for transmission in a sub-frame; and when the sum surpasses the permitted maximum transmission power of a device, implementing power distribution according to a predetermined rule, such that the sum does not surpass the permitted maximum transmission power of the device.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting downlink control information. In the present invention, transmitted downlink control information at least comprises one or more of the following information fields: a first information field used for indicating the frequency domain resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, a second information field used for indicating the time frequency resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, and a third information field used for indicating the scheduled N users. As the resource size occupied by the transmission resources in the frequency domain and/or in the time domain is indicated by means of the downlink control information, transmission of downlink control information can be implemented in flexible resource allocation scenarios having variable transmission time intervals.
