    摘要： A self-advancing film cassette has at least one separation claw for separating a film leader from a roll of film. This separation claw is disposed within a cassette shell so that it will contact an outermost peripheral surface of a photographic film on the outer side of an area where a picture frame is to be formed. The separation claw is so configured that the contact position between the tip thereof and an end face of a film leader end is 1/3 or more of the film thickness when measured from the outer surface of the photographic film. The film leader projects most at a portion corresponding to the separation claw, and the film leader is formed to be narrow so that it will not be stuck to the film roll. In one embodiment, the film leader is subjected to deformation treatment to form a corrugated leading portion, or to rigidity increasing treatment to form a more rigid leading portion.

    摘要： A film unit withdrawing apparatus withdraws an exposed film unit from the film pack while permitting it to pass through a pair of pressure rollers. The peel apart type film unit to be used for this apparatus is attached with a tab. This film unit withdrawing apparatus is such that after a photograph is taken, the aforementioned tab is held between and withdrawn by a tab transfer roller and a nip roller. Following the withdrawal of the tab, the pull end of the film unit is ejected by passing between the pressure rollers. Simultaneously, the tab is torn off the film unit. Subsequently, the pull end of the film unit is held between a film unit transfer roller and a nip roller, and the film unit is automatically withdrawn by passing between the pressure rollers.

Also proposed is a manufacturing method for the thin film MIM capacitors. For the thin film MIM capacitor (1), a lower electrode (3), a base metal thin film (4), the dielectric thin film (5) and the upper electrode (6) are formed to approximately the same area. The lower electrode (3) has a configuration that differs from the other films to form a part for external connection. The side surface of the base metal thin film (4), the dielectric thin film (5), and the upper electrode (6) are covered with a base metal oxide (7) that comprises the same metal atoms as the base metal thin film (4).
