Abstract: A communication method, a base station, a radio communication node, and a user equipment are provided. A base station determines first resource configuration information, where the first resource configuration information is used for indicating N radio resource sets that are used when N radio communication nodes separately perform communication with a user equipment UE, and the radio resource includes a time domain resource and/or a frequency domain resource. The base station sends the first resource configuration information to the UE, where the UE communicates with a corresponding transmission point by using respective radio resource sets of transmission points, and the respective radio resource sets of the transmission points do not intersect. Therefore, a base station does not need to schedule a radio resource, thereby lowering a delay requirement on a backhaul link and eliminating interference.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method, a device and a system for uplink resource allocation, relating to a wireless communication field and used for further reducing interference of service transmission between cell uplinks. The method for uplink resource allocation includes: a first base station determines uplink almost blank subframe (UL ABS) subframe(s) unused currently of a user equipment (UE) served by the first base station; and the first base station sends information of the determined UL ABS subframe(s) unused currently of the UE served by the first base station to a second base station, so that the second base station acquires available UL ABS subframe(s) and takes the available UL ABS subframe(s) as uplink subframe resource(s) of the second base station. The present disclosure is applied to a resource allocation scenario.

Abstract: A first base station establishes a first PDCP entity. The first base station sends first configuration information to a second communications node, and sends second configuration information to user equipment. The first base station sends fourth configuration information to the second communications node for establishing a third bearer between the first base station and the second communications node. The first base station uses the third bearer and the second radio bearer to transmit at least a part of data of the service data between the first base station and the user equipment, where in a process in which the first base station transmits the service data, the first PDCP entity of the first base station and a second PDCP entity of the second communications node perform joint processing on the at least a part of data.

Abstract: A message processing method, a node device, and user equipment is disclosed. A second node determines a first message, where the first message is used to instruct user equipment to receive a system message of a first node cell or used to indicate that a system message of a first node cell is updated; and the second node sends the first message to the user equipment. In accordance with the present disclosure, the user equipment can reside on the second node and be paged by the second node, and a first node does not need to perform paging, thereby reducing an air interface resource.

Abstract: A method and a system for implementing time division duplex configuration of a secondary serving cell are provided. A primary base station receives time division duplex TDD configuration information of a secondary serving cell and an identity of the secondary serving cell from a secondary base station, where the TDD configuration information of the secondary serving cell is allocated by the secondary base station to the secondary serving cell. The primary base station sends the TDD configuration information of the secondary serving cell and the identity of the secondary serving cell to a terminal, so that the terminal determines an uplink-downlink subframe allocation of the secondary serving cell according to the TDD configuration information.

Abstract: The present invention provides a resource allocation method, a base station, and user equipment. The method includes: receiving, by a second base station, resource configuration information of a first base station; and sending, by the second base station, the resource configuration information of the first base station to user equipment (UE), where the resource configuration information of the first base station is used to configure a resource for device-to-device (D2D) communication between the UE and the second base station. According to the method provided in embodiments of the present invention, the UE can perform D2D communication with the second base station or a core network by using the resource configured by using the resource configuration information of the first base station. Therefore, an uplink resource or a downlink resource of the first base station can be reused by the UE, thereby improving resource utilization of a communications system.
