    Abstract: An uplink communication method is disclosed, so that a network device can control an uplink communication latency, reliability, and uplink transmit power in an uplink grant free communication scenario. The method includes: obtaining, by a terminal device, a first control channel, where the first control channel carries a control information group, the control information group includes a plurality of pieces of control information, and the plurality of pieces of control information correspond to a plurality of uplink channels; obtaining, by the terminal device, first control information from the first control channel, where the first control information is control information corresponding to a first uplink channel in the plurality of uplink channels; and performing, by the terminal device, uplink communication with a network device based on the first control information.

    Abstract: In a method for receiving downlink control information, a terminal device sends first data to a network device in a first time unit, where the first data is uplink transmission without uplink grant signaling. The terminal device further receives downlink control information in a second time unit, where the downlink control information includes resource allocation information and a first radio network temporary identifier (RNTI). The terminal device determines, based on the first RNTI, that the downlink control information is for the uplink transmission without uplink grant signaling; and retransmits a part or all of the first data on a resource corresponding to the resource allocation information, or sends second data on a resource corresponding to the resource allocation information, where the second data and the first data are data of a same HARQ process.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for a transmission of uplink control information (UCI), such as hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) information. A base station sends first indication information to a user equipment (UE), to instruct the UE to dynamically determine the UCI according to the first indication information, and the base station allocates a resource to the UE to transmit the UCI. The embodiments of the present disclosure may be used to implement a feedback of the UCI information in a carrier aggregation scenario, thereby improving performance of transmitting valid UCI information.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a signal processing method and device.     Abstract: The present invention discloses a downlink control information sending method and device, and a downlink control information receiving method and device. The sending method includes: sending, by a base station device, downlink control information DCI on a physical downlink control channel PDCCH of a downlink subframe, where the DCI is used to instruct user equipment UE to receive physical downlink shared channel PDSCH information in an uplink subframe; and sending the PDSCH information in the uplink subframe. In this way, the base station can effectively schedule an uplink subframe, and a purpose of transmitting a downlink service by using an uplink subframe is achieved, which not only improves utilization of a wireless spectrum resource corresponding to the uplink subframe, but also effectively diverts load pressure of a wireless spectrum resource corresponding to a downlink subframe. Therefore, overall utilization of wireless spectrum resources of a system is improved.

    Abstract: A DCI sending method and an apparatus are provided. A base station determines a first channel resource, where the first channel resource is located in the ith time unit of a subframe in a time domain, the subframe includes NT time units, NT is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and i is a positive integer less than or equal to NT; and the base station sends DCI to a terminal device on the first channel resource. In this solution, the first channel resource that carries the DCI is located in the ith time unit of the subframe in the time domain, where i is a positive integer less than or equal to NT. That is, there is a first channel resource in each time unit of the subframe. Therefore, when data needs to be transmitted in any time unit, the data can be transmitted immediately.

    Abstract: A communication method, a base station, user equipment, and a system are provided. The method includes: receiving uplink data that is sent by the user equipment in a specified multiple-access manner on a time-frequency resource corresponding to the specified multiple-access manner; and sending downlink data to the user equipment in a corresponding multiple-access manner on a time-frequency resource corresponding to the corresponding multiple-access manner, where the corresponding multiple-access manner is a multiple-access manner that is obtained by searching a at least two multiple-access manners according to a prestored correspondence and that is associated with the specified multiple-access manner. In this way, a problem that because one multiple-access manner is used in a same communications system, requirements of different user equipments cannot be met at the same time is resolved.
