摘要: A communication method includes transmitting resource assignment information including bits that indicate activation or deactivation statuses of respective downlink component carriers, which are secondary downlink component carriers added to a primary component carrier which is always activated, each of the downlink component carriers corresponding to one bit included in bits, and the one bit indicating that a corresponding downlink component carrier is to be activated or deactivated. When any one bit of the bits indicates that its corresponding downlink component carrier is to be activated, the bits jointly indicate the activation or deactivation statuses, a sounding reference signal (SRS) transmission request and a channel quality information (CQI) reporting request. The method also includes receiving a SRS and a CQI that are transmitted, in response to the SRS transmission request and the CQI reporting request, on an uplink component carrier linked to an activated downlink component carrier(s).

摘要: An apparatus and method for broadcast signal frame using a bootstrap and a preamble are disclosed. An apparatus for generating broadcast signal frame according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a time interleaver configured to generate a time-interleaved signal by performing interleaving on a BICM output signal; and a frame builder configured to generate a broadcast signal frame including a bootstrap and a preamble using the time-interleaved signal.

摘要: A transmission method for transmitting an emergency warning signal, pertaining to one aspect of the present disclosure, includes: generating control information, the control information including a flag indicating either presence or absence of information related to a region and, when the flag indicates presence, information related to the region; acquiring information related to emergency warning content; and generating the emergency warning signal including the control information and the information related to the emergency warning content. Thus, emergency warning (early warning) information can be transmitted with greater precision.

摘要: A method of processing wireless signals, including: receiving a wireless signal carrying a transmission frame having a physical layer header including a data rate index; decoding the physical layer header including the data rate index; filtering out the transmission frame for no further processing if a measured physical layer header energy is below an energy threshold corresponding to the decoded data rate index; decode a sample portion of data codewords of the transmission frame if the transmission frame is not filtered out, wherein the sample portion of data codewords is less than all of the data codewords of the transmission frame; and filtering out the transmission frame for no further processing if the decoding of the sample portion of data codewords fails, and otherwise decode a remainder of the transmission frame.

摘要: A method performed by a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) including prioritizing channel state information (CSI) and selecting one or more CSI for transmission based on the prioritization of the CSI. The WTRU may receive RRC configuration information from a base station and determine identifier cell values for each of a plurality of cells, based on the configuration information. The WTRU determines whether to drop uplink control information (UCI) for a first of the plurality of cells by comparing a first value based on the identifier value of a first cell of the plurality of cells and a second value based on the identifier value of a second cell of the plurality of cells. The dropped UCI includes channel state information (CSI) and UCI of the second cell includes CSI which is transmitted to the base station.

摘要: A method for transmitting system information on a PBCH is described herein. A transmission/reception point (TRP) may generate a concatenated master information block (MIB) transport block that includes information bits associated with system bandwidth information, timing information, system frame number (SFN), a beam sweeping configuration, and a control resource set (CORESET). The TRP may then attach at least 16 cyclic redundancy check (CRC) bits to the concatenated MIB and then prioritize the concatenated MIB and the at least 16 CRC bits based on content. The TRP may then perform channel coding of the prioritized concatenated MIB and the at least 16 CRC bits to produce coded bits using at least one polar encoder with a coding rate that is less than 1/3, perform rate matching via repetition on the coded bits, and then transmit the rate matched, coded bits on the PBCH of a radio frame.

摘要: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) receives control information over a physical downlink control channel in a shared radio resource space monitored by the WTRU. The control information includes radio resource assignment information and an indication of whether the control information includes radio resource assignment information for an uplink shared channel or whether the control information includes radio resource assignment information for a downlink shared channel. The WTRU determines whether the control information is intended for the WTRU based on WTRU identity-masked (ID-masked) cyclic redundancy check (CRC) bits. The WTRU determines, based on the indication, whether the control information is for the uplink shared channel or whether the control information is for the downlink shared channel. The WTRU transmits data over the uplink shared channel based on the radio resource assignment information on a condition that the control information is determined to be for the uplink shared channel.
