    摘要： A method for manufacturing an insulated coil for use in an electromotive machine includes an aligning and winding step for forming a coil by aligning and winding a wire coated with insulating material; an insulator forming step for winding or coating an insulator around a slot inserting portion of the coil which is formed in the aligning and winding step and applying an adhesive layer between the insulator and the slot inserting portion; and a shaping step for shaping and fixing the wire and the insulator of the slot inserting portion into a unit through melting by increasing the temperature thereof and thereafter cooling the adhesive layer of the slot inserting portion 12, around which the insulator is wound or coated and applying the adhesive layer therebetween in the insulator forming step, under a restrained condition using a shaping metal mold.

    摘要： A magnetic head device has a base portion 3, and a magnetic head element 4 protuberantly formed on a major surface of the base portion 3 and having a magnetic core with a magnetic gap g. A magnetic tape controller 5 surrounding the magnetic head element 4 and contacted with a magnetic tape 2 is provided on a major surface of the base portion 3. The magnetic tape controller has a magnetic tape attracting aperture 5A for exposing a magnetic tape slide surface 4B of the magnetic head element 4 to outside. The recording/reproducing characteristics for the magnetic tape are stabilized and data errors are prevented from occurring.

    摘要： A tape cassette receiving housing comprises a housing proper portion and a lid portion which is fixed to the housing proper portion through a hinge portion so as to enable to be opened or closed. Shaft portions are formed so as to penetrate into reel driving holes of a supply reel and a take-up reel of a tape cassette received in the housing proper portion. Elastic bodies are attached to outer peripheries of the shaft portions, and the elastic bodies are brought into contact with inner peripheral surfaces of reel driving holes. According to the above construction, a tape cassette is fixed in the tape cassette receiving housing so as not to incline the tape cassette and not to rotate the supply reel and the take-up reel.

    摘要： A tape cartridge for housing magnetic tape includes first and second tape guide portions including upper and lower flanges provided thereon for guiding tape along a predetermined tape path according to rotation of supply and take-up reels of the tape cartridge. The tape is disposed such that an upper edge thereof contacts an inner side of an upper flange of the first tape guide and an inner side of the lower flange of the second tape guide. A width dimension between these two inner sides of the flanges being substantially equal to the width of the tape. This may be effected by mounting the first and second tape guide portions at different heights on a base plate of the cartridge. According to this, it is possible to substantially reduce `offtracking` of tape running in said cartridge.

    摘要： A tape cassette comprises a supply and a take-up reel on which tape is wound, a cassette casing for rotatably enclosing the reels therein, a plurality of tape guide pins, each being press-fitted through the inner wall of the casing, for defining a tape path for the tape travelling between the pair of reels. The press-fit section of each guide pin is formed in a predetermined taper in such a manner as to gradually decrease its outer diameter towards its end. The straight press-fit section of the guide pin is formed in such a manner as to include a predetermined geometry of chamfered circumference at its end. In a tape guide pin used in conjunction with a tape guide roller, grease having a predetermined viscosity coefficient is disposed between the associated pin and roller. An electrical insulating cover is provided for surrounding the exposed underside of the electrically conductive lower half of the casing.

    摘要： A thermal printer comprises a pair of fixed frames for rotatably supporting a platen which is rotated by a motor and a head unit rotatably supported by the fixed frames through a pair of movable frames and for supporting a thermal head. A pair of pinch rollers are rotatably mounted on the fixed frames, which are selectively brought to a first operating state to feed a paper sheet to the region between the platen and the thermal head, and a second operating state to feed no paper sheet. The thermal head is selectively moved between a first position, in which it is pressed against the platen, and a second position in which it is disengaged from the platen. The thermal head is moved to the first position, at the same time the pinch rollers and moved to the second operating state, while the thermal head is moved to the second position, at the same time the pinch rollers are moved to the first operating state.
