    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure are directed to a method for wireless communication. The method generally includes receiving a message for dual-active-protocol stack (DAPs) handover (HO) from a source network entity to a target network entity, wherein carrier-aggregation (CA) is configured with the source network entity prior to reception of the message for HO, deactivating the CA in response to reception of the message for handover (HO) to activate a single carrier mode with the source network entity, and performing the HO from the source network entity to the target network entity during a HO period, wherein the single carrier mode is maintained with the source network entity during at least a portion of the HO period, and wherein connection with the target network entity is maintained during the at least the portion of the HO period.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for managing scheduling of wireless communications. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a base station, one or more configurations indicating a plurality of minimum scheduling offset values; receiving, from the base station, a signal indicating one of the minimum scheduling offset values as an updated value to be used for communications with the base station and a type of scheduling; determining a delay based on the type of scheduling; and after the reception of the signal, using the updated value for communications with the base station based on the determined delay.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (HE) may support beam management to determine beams for communicating with a base station, measure characteristics of the beams, and periodically report the measurements to the base station. The beam management may include a beam failure recover), procedure, where the UE detects and resolves a beam failure with the base station. Additionally, the UE may perform radio link monitoring (RLM) on a set of reference signals configured by the base station to determine if a radio link (e.g, beamformed transmission) is synchronized or not between the UE and base station. In some cases, these RLM reference signals (RLM-RSs) may be reconfigured, where the reconfiguration may be based on the periodic beam measurement reports for beam management, a beam monitoring event trigger, a beam failure recovery, or a combination thereof.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a control message from a base station indicating a configuration of an uplink waveform for full-duplex communications at the UE. The UE may receive an additional control message scheduling a set of uplink resources and a set of downlink resources for the full-duplex communications. The set of uplink resources and the set of downlink resources may at least partially overlap in a time-domain. A frequency-domain gap between the set of uplink resources and the set of downlink resources may be based on the first uplink waveform and a first downlink waveform used by the base station. The UE may communicate with the base station on the set of uplink resources and the set of downlink resources in accordance with the frequency-domain gap.
