摘要: System and techniques for orchestrating a service with an interest packet in information centric networking are described herein. The interest packet includes a compound name that includes multiple ICN name components, and the interest packet includes a field with a list of ICN components. A device, after receiving the interest packet, locates an ICN name component from the multiple ICN name components that is represented in the list of ICN components. The device may then select an interface from multiple interfaces available to the device, the selection based on the ICN name component. The device may then transmit the interest packet via the interface.

摘要: System and techniques for storage node recruitment in an information centric network (ICN) are described herein. An ICN node receives a storage interest packet that includes an indication differentiating the storage interest from other ICN interests. The ICN node forwards the storage interest packet and receives a storage data packet in response. Here, the storage data packet includes an indication that the storage data packet is not to be cached along with node information for a node that created the storage data packet. The ICN node may then transmit the storage data packet in accordance with a pending interest table (PIT) entry corresponding to the storage interest packet.

摘要: Systems and techniques for cross-layer automated fault tracking and anomaly detection are described herein. Anomaly data may be obtained from a plurality of layers of a network. Elements of the anomaly data may be identified that correspond to a data flow of an application executing on the network. An artificial intelligence model may be trained using the elements of the anomaly data to generate an impact score for the application. The impact score may be generated for the application by evaluating current network metrics using the artificial intelligence model. An operational component of the network may be modified based on the impact score.

摘要: System and techniques for information centric network unstructured data carrier are described herein. A user plane function (UPF) node receives an initiation for a packet data unit (PDU) session of user equipment (UE). Here, the initiation includes an indication for an ICN session and a PDU session identification (ID). The PDU session may then map the PDU session to the PDU session ID in an ICN routing data structure. Here, the ICN routing data structure is one or both of the pending interest table (PIT) or the forwarding interest base (FIB) of the UPF node. An ICN packet (interest or data packet) may be from the UE contained within a PDU on from the PDU session that conforms to an unstructured-data classification as defined by a 3GPP 5G family of standards. The ICN packet is extracted from the PDU and routed in accordance with the ICN routing data structure.

摘要: Devices and techniques for Information Centric Network (ICN) packet transmission control are described herein. An interest (or data) packet may be received at an ICN router. Here, the packet includes quality of service (QoS) information. For an interest packet, the ICN router creates a pending interest table (PIT) entry for the packet. The ICN router determines that it does not have a route for the packet. Thus, if it is an interest packet, there is no forward route in a forwarding information base (FIB). If it is a data packet, there is no corresponding PIT entry. However, after extracting the QoS information from the packet, the ICN router broadcasts the packet in accordance with the QoS information.

摘要: Systems and techniques for efficient remote function execution in an information centric network (ICN) are described herein. For example, a requestor node may transmit an admission probe interest packet. Here, the admission probe interest packet includes a name that includes a function. The admission probe interest packet also includes a metric of a parameter of the function. In response, the requestor node may receive a manifest data packet. The manifest includes a metric of function execution at a node that created the manifest data packet. The manifest also includes a name of an implementation of the function. The requestor node may then determine that the metric of function execution meets a threshold and transmit an interest packet that includes the name of the implementation of the function.

摘要: Systems and techniques for information-centric network data cache management are described herein. A demand metric may be calculated for a content item requested from an information-centric network (ICN). A resistance metric may be calculated for each cache node of a set of cache nodes in the ICN based on the demand metric. A topology of the set of cache nodes may be evaluated to identify a transmission cost for each cache node of the set of cache nodes. An influencer node may be selected from the set of cache nodes based on the resistance metric for the influencer node and the transmission cost for the influencer node. The content item may be cached in a data cache of the influencer node.

摘要: Embodiments of an Evolved Node-B (eNB), shared spectrum controller and methods for communication in shared spectrum are generally described herein. A mobile network shared spectrum controller may operate as part of a domain of a mobile network. A public shared spectrum controller may operate externally to the mobile network domain. The mobile network shared spectrum controller and the public shared spectrum controller may operate cooperatively to perform operations of a shared spectrum controller, such as management of secondary usage of shared spectrum by a group of eNBs. The mobile network shared spectrum controller may obfuscate at least a portion of network configuration information from the public shared spectrum controller to enable maintenance of confidential information a within the mobile network domain.
