    摘要： A serving tray is provided for use with a removable cover. The tray is provided with a rim section having a laterally extending ledge portion and a skirt portion depending therefrom. The skirt portion having upper edge segments spaced from the underside of the ledge portion and cooperating therewith to form substantially rigid marginal lips. Cooperating with the tray is a removable cover having an upright wall section encompassing and depending from a top section. The lower edge of the wall section terminates in an outwardly extending first flange. A yieldable second flange extends downwardly and outwardly from the first flange and portions of the second flange cooperate therewith to form a plurality of pockets encompassing and lockingly accommodating the tray lips when said tray and cover ar in assembled relation.

    摘要： A wrist exercise apparatus, particularly adapted for use by an athlete such as a baseball pitcher, is disclosed. The exercise apparatus has a weighted, elongated, rectangular frame which is adapted to be grasped by the pitcher and moved in a simulated pitching motion. The frame includes side members, a weighted cross member displaced to one side of the plane in which the frame lies at one end, a wrist-backing cross member at the other end, and a transverse hand grip intermediate the two ends which is longitudinally adjustable to accommodate variations in the length of the user's hand.

    摘要： A unified digital media player control apparatus automatically reproduces (i.e., renders) gapless transitions, as suitably adjoined or concurrently-overlapping events, between a discrete first media file (e.g., sound recording) and a discrete second media file. One embodiment is implemented on a computing device with a graphical user interface and access to a library of digital media files. Logic can distinguish between the production sound design of recordings which have a desirable “creative content” duration (i.e., interval) that will resolve either abruptly or with a gradual fade. Responsive to media file content assessments, and without operator actions or media file preparation, the invention can use at least one programmatically-addressable event timer object to robotically assign discrete player reproduction timing instructions enabled to cause the system's associated media player objects to consistently interoperate with natural, optimally-timed transitions.
