摘要： A PET bird feed additives in the form of fine granules obtained by mixing 100 parts by weight of a Dunaliella alga powder with 15 to 50 parts by weight of cyclodextrin under stirring and to 100 parts by weight of the mixed adsorbate thus obtained adding an antioxidant and a binder; a PET bird feed obtained by blending 5 to 15 parts by weight of the granules thus obtained with a common PET bird feed; and processes for producing them. In the PET bird feed additive of the present invention, the Dunaliella alga powder is in the form of a mixed adsorbate together with cyclodextrin and thus .beta.-carotene contained in the Dunaliella alga can be stably sustained and effectively utilized. Further, the offensive odor characteristic to the algae can be removed. Furthermore, the PET bird feed additive of the present invention, which is in the form of fine granules, can be easily blended with a common PET bird feed.

摘要： A tractor has a three-point link assembly comprising a top link and opposed lower links which are connected together by a connecting assembly at their ends toward a working implement. The connecting assembly comprises an upper connector and lower connectors removably in engagement with corresponding connectable portions of the implement. The PTO shaft of the tractor is connected to an input shaft of the implement by an extendable transmission shaft having a pair of tractor joint and implement joint at its opposite ends. The connecting assembly has a clutch for separably operatively connecting an externally splined portion of the implement input shaft to an internally splined portion of the implement joint. The clutch comprises a guide fixed to the connecting assembly and extending substantially longitudinally of the tractor, a tubular case provided in the guide movably axially thereof and an operating assembly for the case. The implement joint is inserted in the case.

摘要： An ultraviolet sterilizing apparatus includes a sterilization chamber defining an enclosed space and having an entrance and an exit, a roller conveyor arranged between the entrance and the exit for conveying products to be sterilized through the interior of the sterilization chamber, and a plurality of sterilizing ultraviolet lamps arranged about the path along which the products are conveyed. The apparatus is characterized in that some of the ultraviolet lamps are situated below the conveyance path, each of these ultraviolet lamps being interposed between mutually adjacent ones of the rollers in the roller conveyor and arranged far enough below the conveyance plane of the roller conveyor so as not to contact the products being conveyed. This ultraviolet lamp arrangement makes it possible to uniformly sterilize products over their entire surface without requiring that the products be turned over on the conveyor. The apparatus is further provided with auxiliary chambers each having an ultraviolet radiation shielding curtain suspended from an inlet and outlet of the apparatus to prevent ultraviolet rays from leaking out of the sterilization chamber.

The internal space comprises an intake compartment, a heat source compartment and an exhaust compartment. The heat source compartment comprises first and second sub-compartments which form independent cooling wind passages, each of the sub-compartments having an intake port in communication with the intake compartment. The exhaust compartment has an exhaust port in communication with the atmosphere, and intake ports in communication with the first and second sub-compartments such that air flow from the first and second sub-compartments are combined in the exhaust compartment. The engine and muffler of the engine are positioned in the second sub-compartment and the exhaust gas from the muffler flows into the exhaust compartment and is combined with the flow from the first and second sub-compartments, thereby rapidly cooling the exhaust gas and reducing the noise therefrom. The exhaust compartment includes sound absorbing material on the walls thereof to form a silencer box.

摘要： A heat-treating apparatus for practicing a method in which when red-hot iron pipes produced by a centrifugal casting machine are cooled, the pipes are slowly cooled over the temperature range of 800.degree. to 700.degree. C. to ferritize the pipes without separately annealing the pipes. A heat-treating furnace disposed close to one end of the rotary mold of the casting machine has furnace chambers each provided with pairs of rotatable rollers for supporting the pipe in rotation to prevent the deformation of the pipe. Each of the chambers has heating burners or a cooling heat exchanger for adjusting the temperature and cooling speed of the pipe placed in the chamber. According to a preferred embodiment, the furnace chambers are separated by openable partition members of circular-arc section, and each of the chambers has turnable levers for transferring the pipe to another chamber adjacent thereto.
