    Abstract: A compound having a formula M(LA)x(LB)y(LC)z, where each of LA, LB, and LC is a different bidentate ligand is provided. In formula M(LA)x(LB)y(LC)z, x+y+z is equal to the valence of the metal M, the first ligand LA has a structure of Formula I,




    each of moiety A and moiety B is a monocyclic ring or a polycyclic fused ring system; each of X1 to X4 and Z1 and Z2 is C or N; each of K1, K2, and L1 is a direct bond of a linker; L1 is a direct bond or an organic linker; each R substituent is hydrogen or a General Substituent defined herein; and at least one RA or RB comprises a ring D that is an electron-deficient heterocyclic ring comprising one or two ring carbon atoms. Formulations, OLEDs, and consumer products containing such compounds are also provided.

    Abstract: A compound comprising a first ligand LA of Formula I,

    is provided. Formula II is fused to ring A by two adjacent ones of X1 to X4, which are both C. In Formula I and II, X1 to X4 are C or N; K is a direct bond, O, S, N(Rα), P(Rα), B(Rα), C(Rα)(Rβ), and Si(Rα)(Rβ); moiety E is H or D; C1 is C; each of moiety B and moiety C is independently a ring or a fused ring system; each Rα, Rβ, RA, RB, and RC is hydrogen or a General Substituent; and LA is coordinated to a metal M with an atomic mass of at least 40. If moiety C is a 6-membered ring, then moiety B is a fused ring system and then all the RC substituents comprise two or more of combined carbon atoms. Formulations, OLEDs, and consumer product including the compound are also provided.
