    Abstract: A ternary logic element including a transistor and a switching element. The transistor includes a channel layer including silicon, an input electrode, an output electrode, and a control electrode. The switching element includes an emitter, a base extending from the emitter, and a collector extending from the base. When a first control voltage is applied to the control electrode, the ternary logic element outputs a first voltage, and when a second control voltage different from the first control voltage is applied to the control electrode, the ternary logic element outputs a second voltage different from the first voltage, and when a third control voltage different from the first control voltage and the second control voltage is applied to the control electrode, the ternary logic element outputs a third voltage different from the first voltage and the second voltage.

    Abstract: A computing device performs a continual learning method of learning a plurality of task in a sequential order. The computing device uses, in a forward pass of a neural network for learning a current task of the plurality of tasks, a plurality of weights including selected weights, the selected weights being selected in a previous task of the plurality of tasks, freezes the selected weights and updates weights excluding the selected weights from the plurality of weights in a backward pass of the neural network for learning the current task, obtains a binary mask for selecting some weights of the plurality of weights based on a weight score of each of the plurality of weights, and finds a subnetwork of the neural network for the current task based on the binary mask.

    Abstract: A light emitting device is described, which has a first encapsulation film enclosing an outside and a top surface of a light emitting diode. The first encapsulation film comprises an organic thin film of a fluorine-based polymer and an inorganic material infiltrated into a void of the fluorine-based polymer and linked chemically to the fluorine-based polymer. Optionally, a second encapsulation film can be disposed between a substrate and the light emitting diode. The encapsulation film provides a moisture barrier, while being flexible. Since the encapsulation film provides improved barrier properties to moisture and the like, the light emitting device can maintain good current density, luminous efficiency and luminance. The light emitting device can be a display device, a lighting device, a touch screen, etc.

    Abstract: A method of providing an explanation of an artificial intelligence model based on a plug-and-plug mode includes a service provider server setting a type of an artificial intelligence model, a plug-and-play manager recognizing an artificial intelligence model and creating a list of available explanation modules on the basis of a recognition result when the artificial intelligence model is input, the service provider server providing key information on explanation modules to a user terminal, the user terminal selecting one of the explanation modules and notifying the service provider server of the selected explanation module, the plug-and-play manager deriving the selected explanation module from among the explanation modules in the list, and the derived explanation module providing an explanation of the input artificial intelligence model to the user terminal.
