    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a user equipment, UE, comprising the following. Processing circuitry determines, for a time slot group, one or more time slots to be monitored by the UE according to a monitoring function, operated by the UE for monitoring a downlink control channel in one or more monitoring occasions in one or more time slots for receiving downlink control information. The determining of monitoring time slots is performed in accordance with one or more of the following: a first criterion according to which a monitoring time slot includes a monitoring occasion associated with a common search space of the downlink control channel, a second criterion according to which a monitoring time slot includes a monitoring occasion associated with a UE-specific search space of the downlink control channel. Then, the processing circuitry monitors the downlink control channel in the determined monitoring time slots of the time slot group.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a user equipment (UE) and a scheduling node, as well as to the corresponding methods. In particular, a downlink control information (DCI) signaling carries a Transmission Configuration Indication (TCI) indicator specifying that two or more TCI states are configured and a frequency-domain resource assignment indicating frequency-domain resources allocated for the two or more TCI states. For each TCI state of the two or more TCI states, one or more regions in frequency domain is/are determined, each region having an integer multiple of a precoding resource block group (PRG), said integer being equal to or larger than 1, wherein regions of different TCI states do not overlap. The data are received or transmitted for each TCI state on the frequency-domain resources in the determined frequency-domain region.

    Abstract: A communication apparatus includes circuitry and a transmitter. The circuitry generates a signal including one or more non-legacy long training field (LTF) symbols. Each of the one or more non-legacy LTF symbols has a plurality of data tones and a plurality of pilot tones. The circuitry maps a non-legacy LTF sequence to the plurality of data tones and the plurality of pilot tones, and groups the plurality of data tones with nonzero non-legacy LTF sequence values into a first tone group and a second tone group.
    The signal includes information on a number Nsrs of space-time streams, wherein a total number of the one or more non-legacy LTF symbols is [NSTS/2] when the NSTS is 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12, 15 or 16; and [NSTS/2] +1 when the NSTS is 5, 6, 9, 10, 13 or 14. The transmitter, in operation, transmits the generated signal.

    Abstract: An information notification method for notifying information by a modality which stimulates at least one of human five senses includes: by a computer, acquiring a current location of a notification target person; acquiring an activity intensity of the notification target person in the current location; determining, on the basis of the current location and the activity intensity, a first sort of modality that hinders an activity of the notification target person from a group of modalities that are available to notify the notification target person of the information; selecting a second sort of modality used to notify the notification target person of the information from among the modalities which are included in the group of modalities and are different from the first sort of modality; and notifying the notification target person of the information by the second sort of modality.
