Abstract: A payment card device includes a thin card-shaped payment-card-standard compatible body, a memory, a processor coupled to the memory; and a payment card reader interface. The payment card reader interface includes at least one interface selected from a set of payment-card-standard interfaces consisting of: a smart card reader interface, a magnetic-stripe interface, an RF interface, an NFC interface, a display interface, an information visible on the surface of the payment card device, and a wireless interface. The payment information for a transaction is operable to be conveyed via at least one of the payment-card-standard interfaces, and includes a limited-use payment information. The limited-use payment information is limited to a use only on the selected payment card interface used at a payment card reader facility. The limited-use payment information is invalid in a use other than via the selected payment card interface.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable storage media for implementing a scalable, secure, efficient, and adaptable distributed digital ledger transaction network. Indeed, the disclosed systems can reduce storage and processing requirements, improve security of implementing computing devices and underlying digital assets, accommodate a wide variety of different digital programs (or “smart contracts”), and scale to accommodate billions of users and associated digital transactions. For example, the disclosed systems can utilize a host of features that improve storage, account/address management, digital transaction execution, consensus, and synchronization processes. The disclosed systems can also utilize a new programming language that improves efficiency and security of the distributed digital ledger transaction network.

Abstract: Disclosed is an approach that enables generation of parameterized digital tokens for unique tags in, for example, digital payment platforms. The unique tags may be agnostic to accounts, such that they do not require changes to administration or ownership of existing accounts, which may be held at different institutions.

Abstract: The invention relates to distributed ledge technologies such as consensus-based blockchains. Computer-implemented methods for a trustless, deterministic state machine are described. The invention is implemented using a blockchain network, which may be, for example, a Bitcoin blockchain. A first transaction validate is received at a node in a blockchain network. The first transaction includes a first script that, as a result of being executed, causes the node to at least obtain a first set of field values of the first transaction, a second set of field values of a second transaction, and an input. The second transaction is obtained. The second transaction includes a second script that includes a set of rules and, as a result of being executed, causes the node to at least verify that the second script matches a third script embedded in the first set of field values, determine, based at least in part on the second set of field values, a current state, and determine, based at least in part on the current state, the input, and the set of rules, a next state. The first transaction is validated as a result of execution of the first script and the second script.

Abstract: A method for carrying out a cryptocurrency blockchain transaction through an integrated circuit payment card using a multi-signature blockchain wallet includes: storing, in an integrated circuit of a payment card, a first private key of a first cryptographic key pair and a transaction account number; receiving, by the integrated circuit, a blockchain transaction from a point of sale device, the blockchain transaction including unspent transaction outputs, destination addresses, a cryptocurrency amount for each destination address, and a first digital signature generated using a second private key of a second cryptographic key pair; digitally signing, by the integrated circuit, the blockchain transaction using the first private key to generate a second digital signature; and transmitting, by the integrated circuit, the digitally signed blockchain transaction including the first digital signature and the second digital signature to the point of sale device.

Abstract: A method is for inserting a further data block into a first ledger, the first ledger including data blocks. In an embodiment, the method includes receiving a further medical dataset via an interface; determining the further data block via a calculation unit. The further data block includes the further medical dataset and a further link information. The further link information includes a hash of at least one of the data blocks of the first ledger. Finally, in an embodiment the method includes inserting the further data block into the first ledger via the calculation unit.

Abstract: An information processing method includes: after receiving target information from a first party, a server side determining candidate second parties of first stage by matching entry information of a plurality of second parities with the target information; after receiving a first service support information form a candidate third party of first stage, the server side determining a candidate third object of second stage by matching the first service support information with the entry information of the candidate second parties of first stage; the server side receiving a first response message generated by the candidate second parties of first stage, and determining a candidate second party of second stage by matching the first response message with the target information; and the server side receiving a second party of third stage determined from the candidate second parties of second stage, and determining a target second party.

Abstract: Trustless deterministic state machines can be implemented using a blockchain infrastructure and state machines can run concurrently over more than one blockchain transaction. The transactions can be done in a Bitcoin blockchain ledger. An unlocking transaction constraint that constrains an unlocking transaction to include a transaction input that references a previous transaction output is determined. A redeemable transaction is created to include a transaction output that includes an amount and a transaction locking script that includes the unlocking transaction constraint, with unlocking the amount being contingent upon execution of at least one unlocking script of the unlocking transaction satisfying the unlocking transaction constraint. The redeemable transaction is caused to be validated at a node of a blockchain network.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to methods and systems for managing a cryptocurrency payment network comprising one or more issuer nodes and one or more distributor nodes. Issuer nodes may be granted different rights from distributor nodes with respect to the issuance and distribution of digital currency within the cryptocurrency payment network. A management system server computer may generate unique node verification key pairs for each node in the cryptocurrency payment network, where the node verification key pairs may be used to identify and authenticate issuer nodes and distributor nodes.

Abstract: Methods, systems, devices, and computer-readable media for a payment delegation and linking system are provided. The system may generate a delegation request to send to an individual for payment of a portion of a value of a transaction. The delegation request may be sent to the individual with a payment URL embedded with a token. Upon initiation of payment in response to the delegation request, the token may be embedded in an unused field of a payment transaction record generated at the individual's device and may be transmitted from the individual's device to a payment processing system for processing and settlement. The payment transaction record may ultimately be received at the requestor's bank with the token intact. The token may be used to link the received payment transaction with the original delegated transaction. The original delegated transaction and the received payment transaction may be displayed together in a transaction summary.
