摘要： A collapsible support structure comprises a first hollow member, a second hollow member, and a resilient flexible member. The first hollow member defines an axis and comprises an open end. A perimeter of the open end comprises a leading portion and a trailing portion, the leading portion being positioned further along the axis than the trailing portion. The second hollow member is adapted to engage the open end when the support structure is assembled. The resilient flexible member extends at least partially through the first hollow member and the second hollow member. A method of manufacture of the collapsible support structure and an assembly comprising the collapsible support structure are also disclosed.

摘要： A weighted agility ladder for use as a multi-purpose fitness device. The weighted agility ladder transitions easily for use within variable forms of fitness training, enabling a user to perform a comprehensive fitness routine in a small area. The weighted agility ladder has a pair of ends and a plurality of weighted rungs which can be collected and selectively rigidly coupled together by the user to employ the ladder as a weight. The weighted ladder can have a handle on each end for use of the ladder as a free weight when the weighted rungs are coupled together. Further, the weighted ladder can have nylon or elastic rails to enable loaded movement and an increased range of motion for targeting additional muscle mass during strength training. When the weighted rungs are coupled together, the ladder can serve as additional weight while performing bodyweight exercises, such as planks and squats.

The suction cup provides a vacuum adhesion on either side, or any location, on the golf disc or flying disc or other generally flat and smooth objects. The disc or object can then be picked up (retrieved) from any surface or obstacle within reach. A flick of the finger to the suction cup edge breaks the vacuum and the tool and disc or object are separated. The tool can be deployed and used with one hand. The first support section and the second support section are connected to define an angle therebetween, and the support body is connected to the free ends of the first support section and the second support section. Each of the lower support units acts as an independent stress-sharing structure, so that stress can be equally distributed over the lower support units. The angle defined between the first support section and the second support section cooperate with the support body to strengthen the structural strength of the respective lower support units, which maintains the distance between the two lateral support rod assemblies constant.
