摘要： An anchoring device for use in a railway rail fastening assembly which employs a resilient railway rail fastening clip to fasten a railway rail, comprises a body having a front portion which is configured to provide a first load bearing surface extending alongside the rail foot when the device is in use, and first and second side faces respectively located on opposite sides of the body and configured to extend transversely away from the first portion. The device comprises first and second projecting portions, the first projecting portion extending outwardly from the first side face of the body and providing a first additional load bearing surface which is set back from the first load bearing surface, and the second projecting portion extending outwardly from the second side face of the body and providing a second additional load bearing surface which is set back from the first load bearing surface.

摘要： A rail fastening system including a cast shoulder and an elastic rail spring clip for applying a holding force to an insulator and a rail. The spring clip includes a pair of compressible arms for exerting a rail hold down force and a substantially horizontal base portion for application to the cast shoulder. The cast shoulder includes an anchoring portion, a receiving portion including converging opposing sides angled to define a throat having a width less than a decompressed width of the spring clip arms, and notches on the sides adjacent to the throat. In practice, the spring clip is applied to the cast shoulder such that two spring clip arms contact and move along the converging sides causing the spring clip arms to be compressed by the sides. When the arms move beyond the throat, the arms spring outwardly into the notch. The notch provides a catch that prevents any backward migration such that the elastic rail spring clip and the cast shoulder can be pre-assembled at a remote location, requiring less labor at the rail installation site.

摘要： A cast concrete rail bed is provided which includes plural panels, each panel having a pair of longitudinally extending laterally spaced rail-supporting pedestals, with a connector between them, and each having a rail-receiving slot in its top. Each pedestal has a bottom support surface and inwardly sloping surfaces connected to the top and bottom surfaces. Reinforcement within each pedestal includes a horizontal support below the slot, and a supporting rod extending downwardly from the support and through the bed. A pair of longitudinally extending reinforcing members are supported on the horizontal support, one on each side of the slot, and extending upwardly above the bottom on the slot. A transverse spacer connects the reinforcing members above the horizontal support; tendon ducts are supported by the horizontal support, below the spacer.

摘要： The elastically yieldable fastener comprises an elastically yieldable strip bent onto itself and forming two superimposed branches. A clamping device extends through apertures in the two branches for clamping the strip to the support of the rail. The upper branch has a boss disposed between the aperture of the upper branch and the free end of the latter and between lateral portions of the upper branch which are adapted to bear against the lower branch when the strip is clamped by the clamping device. The clamping device defines a lower surface for contacting the upper surface of the boss and the two surfaces have the same shape so that, in the normally clamped position of the strip, the portion of the branch carrying the surface contacting the clamping device is raised with respect to the lateral portions.

摘要： The device comprises a support such as a railway tie defining a projecting shoulder on each side of a support table for the rail. An insulating clip has a body cooperating with the shoulder and a nose portion bearing against the flange of the rail. An elastically yieldable strip is superimposed on the clip and a fixing bolt extends through apertures in the clip body and the strip. The clip body has, on the side of the body remote from the nose portion, a heel portion which defines two surfaces which bear respectively against a lower support surface of the support and against the shoulder. The clip body defines in the center part an upper surface which is substantially parallel to the strip. Beyond a predetermined tightening force the additional force is transmitted to the support through the body and the heel portion of the clip.

摘要： Device for elastically fastening a rail on its supports comprising at least two fasteners each of which has a clamping member extending therethrough. The fasteners are disposed parallel to the rail on each side of the latter. They comprise a spring strip which has in the free state one of its edges bent and bearing at its two ends on the edge of the flange of the rail. The arrangement of the fastener permits resolving all the problems of flexibility and clamping force. The device according to the invention can be employed for fastening railway rails to all supports.
