摘要: A device for positional securing and guiding of rails for railway tracks for trains, in particular high-speed trains, includes guide plates. In general, rails are laid directly or indirectly by intermediate assembly of intermediate plates to fixed concrete track beds and guide plates, against which the rail base and possibly intermediate plates lie laterally. Guide plates are embedded on or in the concrete track beds, wherein the guide plates are fabricated of high-strength, form-stable material, preferably reinforced plastic, such as for example glass-fiber reinforced plastic, in particular polyamide. The device according to the invention allows to create guide plates which are overall more wear resistant. Wear resistance is achieved in that the guide plate within the surface area, on which the rail base rests, has an insert or areas provided with inserts, the insert being fabricated of slippable, low-abrasion or friction-resistant, low-wear or wear-resistant and flexibly resilient material.

摘要: A rail pad assembly and an associated method for use with a concrete rail tie. The rail pad assembly includes a rail pad for engagement with a metal rail, a protective sheet for engagement with a concrete rail tie, and means for attaching the rail pad to the sheet integrally formed in at least one of the rail pad and the protective sheet. In one specific example, the protective sheet is made from ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene.

摘要: A railway rail support has a fixing plate with a flat body with an upper surface for receiving a rail, left and right fixing portions and front and rear extended support portions respectively extending from opposite sides of the body, and a through hole at a center portion of the body. A buffering plate for elastically supporting a lower portion of the fixing plate has a support portion for projecting through the through hole of the fixing plate to an upper surface protruded beyond the upper surface of the fixing plate, whereby to decrease impact of the rail.

摘要: In a railroad track comprising a railroad rail having a lower flange, a railroad tie made from concrete, and a polyurethane pad mounted between the lower flange of the railroad rail and an upper surface of the railroad tie, a particulate layer is interposed between the polyurethane pad and the railroad tie and comprises particles bonded to the polyurethane pad. Preferably, the bonded particles are polycarbonate, acrylic, or nylon particles, either granules or fibers. Alternatively, the bonded particles are particles of quartz, silica sand, silicon carbide, or aluminum oxide. An adhesive layer is interposed between the polyurethane pad and the railroad tie, comprises a methacrylate ester composition, and is bonded to particles among the bonded particles and to the railroad tie, whereby the polyurethane pad and the railroad tie are bonded to one another via the particulate and adhesive layers.

摘要: An elastic rail pad to be positioned between a tie and a rail includes a first portion to be positioned beneath a foot of the rail at the field side thereof, a second portion to be positioned beneath the rail foot at the gauge side thereof, and a connecting portion connecting the first and second portions and having a dimension in a direction parallel to the longitudinal dimension of the rail less than dimensions of the first and second portions in such direction. The first, second and connecting portions of the pad are in the form of a single, integral member formed of a relatively stiff elastomeric material having the properties of high resistance to wear and tangential shear forces, high elastic memory and elastic stability over a wide range of varying temperatures.

摘要: A unitized insulating element for use with a steel cross tie is provided. The insulating element is operative to electrically insulate the rail from the steel tie, from retaining elements associated with the tie which prevent lateral movement of the rail relative to the tie and from rail anchors which prevent longitudinal movement of the rail relative to the tie. The insulating element permits use of the rail as an on-line signal control conveying device when steel ties are used and is configured as a tie plate substitute from providing an inwardly-directed cant for the rail to be retained thereon.
