摘要: An open top gondola car includes top chord sections; a pair of end walls and side walls coupled to the top chord structure, wherein each sidewall includes a side sheet a plurality of side stakes and side sill; and an underframe construction including a center sill running the length of the car, bolsters configured to be above truck assemblies and coupled to the center sill and a plurality of lateral I-Beam cross bearers that extend from the center sill toward and stopping short of the inside of the side sheet, and wherein the cross bearers include vertical connection plates configures for coupling to side stakes which are positioned between the bolsters.

摘要: An automated carrier system is disclosed for moving objects to be processed. The automated carrier system includes a discontinuous plurality of track sections on which an automated carrier may be directed to move, and the automated carrier includes a base structure on which an object may be supported, and at least two wheels assemblies being pivotally supported on the base structure for pivoting movement from a first position to a second position to effect a change in direction of movement of the carrier.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a speed tracking control method and system for a heavy-haul train. According to the present disclosure, a multi-particle unit-displacement model of the train is established and a robust-adaptive active disturbance rejection control method is adopted, so that an error between an actual speed of the train and a target speed is minimized, an anti-interference capacity of the heavy-haul train is improved, and high-precision tracking control over the target speed of the train is realized.

摘要: A rail transport system 10 has at least two load carrying bodies 12 which are arranged end to end. Mutually adjacent bodies 12 are coupled together by respective coupling systems 14. The rail transport system 10 further includes a plurality of axles 16 each provided at opposite ends with respective rail wheels 18 which support the bodies 12. A flexible liner 20 is supported by the bodies 12. The liner 20 is configured to span respective coupling systems 14. In this way the bodies 12 and the flexible liner 20 form a continuous load carrying structure 22. The continuous load carrying structure 22 is arranged so as to be able to pivot about an axis perpendicular to the axles 16 to facilitate unloading of cargo from the bodies 12.

摘要: Systems and methods for monitoring an operation of a door of a public transportation vehicle are disclosed. In an embodiment, the system includes an optical sensor unit and a control unit. The optical sensor is arranged at a distance from the door and configured to record a movement of the door during an opening and/or a closing. The control unit is configured to (1) determine a position of a reference point of the door based on the recorded movement of the door, (2) determine a parameter of the movement of the door during the movement based on the determined position of the reference point, (3) determine a deviation of the parameter of the movement from a predetermined/allowed range of values of the parameter, and (4) determine an error in the operation of the door based on the determined deviation.

Each cradle in the group is pivotable relative to the deck between an extended configuration in which the cradles extend at a transverse angle relative to the deck, and a collapsed configuration in which the cradles are substantially flush with the deck. The vehicle has an actuator adapted to concurrently pivot two or more cradles in the group between the extended configuration and the collapsed configuration.

摘要: A gondola car has a door and an associated door frame the end. The door hangs hingedly from the header of the frame. The header runs across the top of the door opening and is connected to the top chords at either side. The door posts are positioned inside the side sheets and tie into the header at each upper corner. The side sheets lap onto the door posts to allow longitudinal adjustment of the side assemblies and the door frame relative to each other, at assembly. The side posts are connected to the header with a tie plate that is bolted to both members. The car may also have a tarp dome at each end. The tarp dome has non-welded connections that have play to permit the tarp dome to accommodate movement of the top chords.
