摘要: A thermostatic radiator valve (TRV) assembly or automatic temperature balanced actuator (ABA) assembly controls a manifold assembly through a push pin bearing mechanism. The push pin bearing mechanism comprises a push pin that moves in a linear direction responsive to rotational movement of a motor gear that is coupled through a helical gear. Rotational movement of the push pin is prevented by a ball bearing assembly. Movement of the push pin is transferred to a manifold pin, which in turn, controls the manifold assembly. Because the push pin moves in a linear rather than a rotational fashion, erosion of the mated manifold pin is substantially reduced with respect to transitional approaches.

摘要: A temperature regulating valve and a thermal management system provided with the temperature regulating valve are provided. The temperature regulating valve includes a filling state and a first working state, and a thermodynamic element is impelled to not abut against a first valve seat by means of providing a hot melt in an end cover of the temperature regulating valve. When a first valve port is in an open state, at said time the temperature regulating valve is installed in the thermal management system, and since the first valve port is in the open state, lubricating oil may then flow into a heat exchange device by means of a first interface channel, the first valve port, and a second interface channel during a process of filling the lubricating oil.

The thermo actuator and the valve body overlap each other in a direction of an axial centerline to cover at least one of the recesses. The coupling part is formed by at least a certain section of the overlapping portion being depressed toward the axial centerline and another section of the thermo actuator fitting in the recesses. The depression of the coupling part has a shape elongated in a longitudinal direction along the axial centerline.

摘要: A valve is configured to control a flow amount of cooling water flowing in a main passage. A detour passage connects an engine to the main passage through the valve. A failsafe valve includes a valve body, which operates independently from the valve and enables the detour passage to open or close, and a temperature detection medium which manipulates the valve body based on a temperature of cooling water and enables the detour passage to open or close. A branch point is point at which an inlet point in which cooling water from the engine flows is branched to a bypass passage and the detour passage. The temperature detection medium does not protrude to the branch portion and is housed in the detour passage.

摘要: A valve assembly that provides reliable opening and closing valves at specified times despite changing performance characteristics of the valve is disclosed. The valve assembly includes a controllable valve selectively actuatable to control flow of a fluid therethrough, with the controllable valve having a variable valve open/close response time. The valve assembly also includes a plurality of sensors configured to measure current operational parameters of the controllable valve and/or the fluid and a valve controller programmed to process valve timing control instructions generated by an external source, process inputs from the plurality of sensors regarding the measured operational parameters of the controllable valve and/or the fluid, and provide an actuation signal to the controllable valve based on the valve timing control instructions and the inputs from the plurality of sensors, so as to control a timing of an actuation of the controllable valve.
