    摘要: A thermostatic radiator valve (TRV) assembly or automatic temperature balanced actuator (ABA) assembly controls a manifold assembly through a push pin bearing mechanism. The push pin bearing mechanism comprises a push pin that moves in a linear direction responsive to rotational movement of a motor gear that is coupled through a helical gear. Rotational movement of the push pin is prevented by a ball bearing assembly. Movement of the push pin is transferred to a manifold pin, which in turn, controls the manifold assembly. Because the push pin moves in a linear rather than a rotational fashion, erosion of the mated manifold pin is substantially reduced with respect to transitional approaches.

    摘要: A thermo valve is configured by coupling a valve body to a thermo actuator via a coupling part. The valve body has at least two recesses extending in a peripheral direction. The thermo actuator and the valve body overlap each other in a direction of an axial centerline to cover at least one of the recesses. The coupling part is formed by at least a certain section of the overlapping portion being depressed toward the axial centerline and another section of the thermo actuator fitting in the recesses. The depression of the coupling part has a shape elongated in a longitudinal direction along the axial centerline.

A failsafe valve includes a valve body, which operates independently from the valve and enables the detour passage to open or close, and a temperature detection medium which manipulates the valve body based on a temperature of cooling water and enables the detour passage to open or close. A branch point is point at which an inlet point in which cooling water from the engine flows is branched to a bypass passage and the detour passage. The temperature detection medium does not protrude to the branch portion and is housed in the detour passage.
