    摘要: A modular plug for terminating a telecommunications cable includes a housing, a plurality of wire contacts, and a wire manager fitted in an internal cavity of the housing. The wire manager includes internal walls shaping a central channel, opposing edges on the internal walls defining a gate in the central channel, and tabs projecting from the gate in the central channel. The tabs define an upper portion and a lower portion in the gate. A strain relief member attaches to the wire manager in an intermediate position to partially restrain the telecommunications cable relative to the wire manager, and is restrained by the housing in a final position to completely restrain the telecommunications cable relative to the wire manager.

    摘要: A first inner housing and a second inner housing are combined to form a combined inner housing, in which the first inner housing having a plurality of mutually independent insertion holes is formed of a first dielectric or an electric conductor, and the second inner housing having a plurality of mutually independent terminal-housing chambers is formed of a second dielectric. Terminals of a twisted-pair cable are inserted and housed one-to-one in the terminal-housing chambers of the combined inner housing. The twist-released sections of sheathed cables of the twisted-pair cable are inserted and housed one-to-one in the insertion holes of the combined inner housing. The combined inner housing is covered with a shield member, and the combined inner housing and the shield member are housed in an outer housing.

    摘要: A crimp crystal head includes a base, golden plates, a circuit board, crimping terminals and a fixing seat. The base has insertion slots. The golden plates are separately placed in the insertion slots. The circuit board is disposed in the base. Two ends of the circuit board connect to the golden plates and have terminal holes, respectively. Each crimping terminal has a wiring hole for being inserted by a twisted pair wire and a crimping trough for fixing and connecting the twisted pair wire. The wiring hole communicates with the crimping trough. Each crimping terminal has a fixing bar inserted into the terminal hole with interference fit. The fixing seat is installed on the circuit board and has terminal trenches and inserting holes separately communicating with the terminal trenches. The crimping terminal is inserted into the terminal trench. The insertion hole is inserted by the twisted pair wire.
