摘要： The invention relates to a device for determining the cutting horizon of a mining winning system, having a movable conveyor which is composed of individual pan elements, and having at least one optical detection sensor which has a sensor head that is received in a sensor carrier and can be pressed with at least one pressure means against a coal/basement rock boundary layer. In order to improve the sensing and working reliability, over the length of the conveyor, a plurality of pan elements are configured as sensor pans which are provided with a protected recess which is open to the basement rock and in which the sensor carrier is arranged or can be arranged such that it can be disassembled together with the sensor head.

摘要： A seam-mining apparatus has an excavating trough disposed ahead of a conveying trough and an endless chain passes over direction-change devices between these troughs. The excavating and/or conveying tools carried by the chain are articulated and formed with a head portion, an intermediate portion and an end portion. The intermediate portion is connected to the head portion and end portion by pin joints whose axes are perpendicular to the chain and to the bottom of the conveyor trough, and hinge joints whose axes are orthogonal to the axes of the pin joints. The guides for the head and end portions of the troughs extend into the direction-change regions.

摘要： A planing machine for the mining of minerals particularly a coal plane which has a planing chain guided on the filling side, and comprises two individual planes with plane bodies interconnected by an articulated connection, a sword plate of each plane body grips under a conveyor chute. The plane bodies are each supported on each plane against a conveyor chute sidewall on the coal face side by means of a horizontal, centrally mounted roller. Vertical bearing pins of the rollers form floating shafts for the plane bodies. Sword plates are individually connected to the planing chain and are not interconnected by otherwise used hinges. This makes for a good ability to negotiate curves and adaptability when traversing curves as well as troughs and saddles.

摘要： A planer drive includes a sprocket wheel for a planing chain, the sprocket wheel having a secondary chain ring, and a driveshaft has a primary chain ring. On at last two circles juxtaposed at a predetermined distance, the primary chain ring has radial holes for clutch pins, conical friction segments attached to the clutch pins forming two revolving friction rings whose outside flanks work against an annular groove of the secondary chain ring. Between the two friction rings on the primary side, the secondary chain ring has a centrally engaging friction ring of appropriate taper which works against the inner flanks of the friction rings on the secondary side. The friction ring on the secondary side is mounted so as to be axially movable so that uniform engagement, reduced wear due to low specific contact pressure and better heat dissipation are assured while emergency operating properties are maintained.

摘要： A coal plough has an elongate plough body which is provided with cutters at each end. The plough body is supported at each of its two ends, by a flat narrow skid on a plate of a plough guide. The skids constitute wear-resistant members and are connected to the plough body in a readily replaceable manner. 摘要： An electrical power supply and liquid supply arrangement for a mining machine, particularly a longwall mining machine, wherein extended lengths of a power supply cable and liquid supply conduit are disposed within a housing structure extending along one side of the course of travel of the mining machine. A side arm on the mining machine extends through a slot in a face plate of the housing structure and carries at its outer end a junction box within which power cables leading from the mining machine can be connected to or disconnected from an external power cable. Clamped to the aforesaid junction box is the liquid supply conduit which can be selectively coupled to, or uncoupled from, a mating supply conduit leading to the interior of the mining machine. The arrangement permits connection or disconnection of the power supply and water supply members to or from the mining machine without any disassembly of the machine itself.

To set the floor cutters at different heights use is made of arcuate levers as carriers for the floor cutters which are slidably guided as known per se. Eccentric stop members engage on the upper ends of the levers and are rotatable to bring different faces into engagement with the levers. Locking means holds each stop member in its rotational setting and the locking means can be released for re-setting by axial displacement of the stop member against a spring force.

The swivel arm is pivotable on a bearing shaft which carries a chain wheel which is driven from a chain drive which operates a plane cutter which is movable along the longwall. The chain drive includes a chain wheel which is rotatable with the bearing shaft and is connected by a separate cutter chain drive which extends through the swivel arm to a chain wheel affixed to the shaft of the cutter wheel.

摘要： A hauling and shaving plant for underground mining of a mining face particularly a coal face which is adjacent a rock face disposed at an angle thereto comprises a longwall conveyor section which is adapted to be positioned alongside the coal face and a rock face section extending at an angle to the longwall conveyor section. A plane guide is associated with the conveyor and a plane is movable along the guide. A shaving chain guide is associated with the plane guide in the conveyor. A plane chain is connected to the plane and is movable along the plane guide. The hauling chain has a pulling strand and a return strand and is guided along the longwall conveyor. The shaving chain and the hauling chain are driven by drives which are located adjacent the rockwall section. The conveyor includes at least one deflecting pulley over which the pulling strand is directed and at least one return pulley over which the return strand is directed. The return strand is also guided adjacent the rock face in a return channel. A chain channel is located in the rockwall section and extends at an angle to the conveyor alongside the rock face and the pulling strand is directed along the chain channel. The return strand is directed from the longwall conveyor into the chain channel at the coal face end.
