    Abstract: An imaging control device includes: a first location estimator that estimates a future location of a vehicle using an advancing direction, velocity vector, or route data of the vehicle; a surface estimator that estimates a rate of change in the road surface height in the advancing direction or the road surface state at the future location, using surface information for estimating the road surface shape or state at the future location, detected by a sensor, or an image of the road surface at the future location, captured by an imaging device; a modifier that modifies a parameter of the imaging device according to the rate of change in the road surface height in the advancing direction or the road surface state; and a controller that causes the imaging device of the vehicle to perform imaging using the modified parameter, at a timing at which the vehicle passes the future location.

    Abstract: In this device: a gain calculator (101) uses a function in which the variable is a first resource amount from among the resource amounts possessed by an operator in question, and calculates a second resource amount at which the maximum gain is reached in the function of the operator to which the device in question belongs, the first resource amount being a resource amount allocated to a terminal belonging to another operator; a transmitter/receiver (102) transmits the second resource amount to the manager (300), and receives, from the manager (300), the minimum value among second resource amounts calculated in each of the operators; and the allocation unit (103) allocates resources to the signal of the terminal belonging to the operator in question and to the terminal belonging to the other operator on the basis of the minimum value among the second resource amounts calculated by each of the operators.

    Abstract: A controller of a mobile object causes the mobile object to move by a first control amount corresponding to a first velocity absolute value and a first velocity direction. If the controller detects that first information indicating a first velocity of a first communication-partner mobile object is ceased to be received, the controller decides on a second control amount by which the mobile object is to be moved based on the first information that has already been received, the second control amount corresponding to a second velocity absolute value and a second velocity direction. The controller decides on, based on the first control amount and the second control amount, a third control amount corresponding to a third velocity absolute value and a third velocity direction, and causes the mobile object to move by switching from the first control amount to the third control amount.

    Abstract: The present invention prevents an increased error rate, degradation of reception-quality estimation precision, and complication of control in an operation for independently controlling, for individual component carriers (CC), transmission timing of an uplink subframe. When a radio communication terminal device independently controls the subframe transmission timing for individual CCs, and a portion of the total transmission power where overlap exists between the trailing-end portion of a subframe of a CC and a leading-end portion of a subframe of another CC exceeds a tolerance, the terminal device controls the timing such that the transmission power of a symbol including the overlapping portion is reduced.
