Abstract: An antenna device disposed on a side frame of a metal case. The antenna device includes a first slot, a dielectric substrate, a feeding metal portion, a ground portion, and a feeding source. The first slot is on the side frame, so that a part of the side frame surrounded by the first slot serves as a radiating metal portion. The dielectric substrate includes a first surface and a second surface and is disposed on the radiating metal portion through the first surface. The feeding metal portion is on the second surface of the dielectric substrate, so that a vertical projection of the feeding metal portion overlaps with the radiating metal portion. The ground portion is on the second surface of the dielectric substrate and connected to the metal case. The feeding source is on the second surface and connected to the feeding metal portion and the ground portion.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a first UE (User Equipment) in RRC_CONNECTED to detect configuration failure. In one embodiment, the method includes the first UE transmitting a first PC5 RRC (Radio Resource Control) message to a second UE, wherein the first PC5 RRC message includes an AS (Access Stratum)-layer configuration for a unicast link established with the second UE. The method also includes the first UE transmitting a fourth RRC message to a network node if a configuration failure of the AS-layer configuration is detected, wherein the fourth RRC message indicates the configuration failure occurs.

Abstract: Provided is an electronic device configured to be charged with an adapter. The electronic device includes an energy storage unit, a charging unit and a switch unit. The charging unit is configured to receive a bus voltage and output a charging voltage to charge the energy storage unit. The switch unit is electrically coupled in parallel to the charging unit. When the electronic device is coupled to the adapter through a bus interface, the electronic device receives the bus voltage from the adapter, receives a communication signal from the adapter, and selectively turns on or off the switch unit according to the communication signal, and when the electronic device operates in a direct charging mode, the switch unit is turned on to form a direct charging path, to charge the energy storage unit by using the bus voltage.

Abstract: A method and device are disclosed from the perspective of a first UE (User Equipment) for changing sidelink identity for a sidelink unicast link associated with a second UE. In one method, the method includes the first UE establishing the sidelink unicast link with the second UE, wherein a first lower-layer identity of the first UE and a second lower-layer identity of the second UE are used for communicating between the first UE and the second UE via the sidelink unicast link. The method also includes the first UE transmitting a Link Identifier Update Request message to the second UE, wherein the Link Identifier Update Request message includes a new first lower-layer identity of the first UE or information for deriving the new first lower-layer identity. The method further includes the first UE receiving a Link Identifier Update Response message from the second UE. In addition, the method includes the first UE continuing to use the first lower-layer identity for receiving sidelink data from the second UE until a sidelink data frame with the new first lower-layer identity is received from the second UE.

In addition, the method includes the first UE passing the new first Layer-2 ID of the first UE and the new second Layer-2 ID of the second UE down to the lower layer(s) after a Link Identifier Update Acknowledgement (ACK) message is passed to the lower layer(s) for transmission in response to reception of the Link Identifier Update Accept message.
