The safety devices include a lever that can be pivoted into the travel path of the hammer of the firearm to preclude the hammer from striking a firing pin. In an example, the lever is connected to the trigger such that the safety device is released when the trigger is pulled. In another example, the lever protrudes into the magazine shaft of the firearm such that the safety device is only released when a magazine is inserted into the shaft.

摘要： In an automatic firearm, a cartridge feed device is provided in order to convey the uppermost cartridge in a magazine into an intermediate station transverse to its extent. A lifting device is used to grasp the cartridge in the intermediate station and to move it vertically into a feed station in which it is aligned parallel to the axis of the barrel of the weapon. The lifting device is implemented as a feed fork having prongs which engage the cartridge in the intermediate station from the front and which then lift the cartridge into the feed station in a tilting movement.

The weapon has a functional part that can be moved by the release of a round, and a connectable and disconnectable single-shot device which, when activated, causes release of one shot for every actuation of the weapon trigger. To restrict the number of rounds of a burst to only two rounds, after release of one round with the single-shot device disconnected, the movement of the functional part automatically activates the single-shot device so that only a single additional round is released.

摘要： A sleeve made of spring plate is positioned between the mushroom head and the breechblock carrier of a locked firearm. The sleeve is supported in the expanded state between the mushroom head and the breechblock carrier and, thus, prevents their being pushed together. During closure of the breechblock, the sleeve enters a fixed cone which compresses it radially in elastic fashion so that the sleeve can be inserted into an annular space in the mushroom head and/or the breechblock carrier. The radial compression of the sleeve permits the mushroom head and the breechblock carrier to be pushed together and, thus, permits relative rotation between the mushroom head and the breechblock carrier.

A breech assembly (6 & 32) that moves back and forth essentially in the same direction as the barrel assembly between a forward and closed position and a rear and open position, moving out of the closed position and into the open position against the force of a closure spring (16) and, at the end of its return stroke, the frame or grip assembly or a component (64 or 64') resting off it. A buffering spring (66) tensions the barrel assembly toward the forward stop (44 or 50) and buffers its contact with the rear stop (44 or 48). The closure spring (16) and the buffering spring (66) are correlated to ensure that the breech assembly will strike the frame or grip assembly or the component supported off it essentially at the instant the barrel assembly comes into contact with the forward stop.

In one refinement, the invention relates to a magazine with a magazine tube (1), a magazine spring (4), a feeder (7) and a magazine base (2). To reduce the usable capacity of the magazine, a spacer (6) is attached to the magazine base (2) facing the magazine spring (4). The magazine spring (4) is also shortened so that, in the absence of the spacer (6), it does not exert sufficient force on the feeder (7) to reliably advance the last cartridges (9) to the magazine lips on the end of the magazine tube (1). In addition to or instead of the features described above, the spacer (6) can be designed so that in its absence, and if the magazine is filled with bullets, the magazine base is partly or completely detached from its mounting on the other end of the magazine tube (1).
