    Abstract: A source driver including an output buffer and a feedback circuit is provided. The output buffer includes an input stage circuit, an output stage circuit, a rising control circuit, and a falling control circuit. The input stage circuit correspondingly generates a first gate control voltage and a second gate control voltage according to an input voltage and a first feedback voltage. The output stage circuit correspondingly generates an output voltage according to the first gate control voltage and the second gate control voltage. The feedback circuit generates and outputs the first feedback voltage corresponding to the output voltage to the input stage circuit. The rising control circuit and the falling control circuit compare the input voltage with the first feedback voltage, and pull down (or pull up) the first gate control voltage and the second gate control voltage according to the comparison result.

A first plate of the compensation capacitor is coupled to receive a reference voltage to be compensated, and a second plate of the compensation capacitor is coupled to receive an output of the logic circuit performing on an output code of the SAR ADC and at least one logic value representing a bottom-plate voltage of a switched digital-to-analog converter (DAC) of the SAR ADC. (k−1) of the code-dependent compensation cells are required maximally for k-th switching of the SAR ADC.

    Abstract: A flip chip package includes a substrate, a chip body bonding on the substrate and bumps connected between the chip body and the substrate. The substrate includes input wires and output wires. The chip body includes a first package unit including a first seal ring and first pads and a second package unit including a second seal ring and second pads. The chip body extends continuously between the first seal ring and the second seal ring.     Abstract: A touch apparatus and a sensing method and a touch sensing circuit thereof are provided. The touch apparatus includes a touch panel and the touch sensing circuit. In a first period, the touch sensing circuit applies the same driving signal to a plurality of sensing electrodes of the touch panel at the same time, and performs self-capacitance touch detection on the sensing electrodes to obtain a self-capacitance detection result. In a second period, the touch sensing circuit performs mutual-capacitance touch detection on at least one of the sensing electrodes to obtain a mutual-capacitance detection result. The touch sensing circuit determines whether a touch event of the touch panel is triggered by water based on the mutual-capacitance detection result and the self-capacitance detection result.
