Abstract: A video processing comprises a video image processing pipeline and an encoder. The video image processing pipeline is processes images of captured video data and comprises: an image stream forming function which generates a first and second image streams each comprising a plurality of image frames, and an image stabilization function for image stabilizing the first image stream, thereby forming a stabilized image stream. The image stream forming function bypasses the second image stream from the image stabilization function, thereby forming an original image stream. The encoder encodes the stabilized image stream and the original image stream as a joint encoded image stream comprising encoded frames based on images frames from both the stabilized \the original image streams, wherein the joint encoded image stream comprises intra and inter frames, and wherein the intra frames are exclusively encoded based on image frames of the original image stream.

Abstract: A method of determining adjustment of an image pipeline setting comprises determining, by a controller, one or more settings for image data processing in the image pipeline; associating the one or more settings with a tag; transmitting the one or more settings to the image pipeline, wherein the tag is transmitted in association with the one or more settings; transmitting, from the image pipeline to the controller, feedback regarding image data processed with the one or more settings, wherein the tag is transmitted in association with the feedback; and determining, based on the received feedback and the one or more settings associated with the tag, an adjustment of the image pipeline setting.

Abstract: A method of assisting tilt angle adjustment of a thermal camera comprises arranging the thermal camera at an initial tilt angle, acquiring at least one thermal image by the thermal camera, determining, from the at least one thermal image, a series of sharpness indicators of image parts corresponding to vertically spaced parts of the camera view, identifying a maximum in the series of sharpness indicators, based on the identified maximum, determining a target sharpness indicator as a predetermined fraction of the identified maximum, during tilt angle adjustment, assisting by providing a target signal for indicating a target tilt angle of the thermal camera in which a sharpness indicator of a lower part of the camera's field of view equals the determined target sharpness indicator.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus, including computer program products, for controlling a Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) camera. A video stream is provided by the PTZ camera. The video stream includes a main image and a smaller picture-in-picture overlay. The main image and the overlay show the same view. The overlay has both a higher frame rate and a lower resolution compared to the main image. A movement control instruction is received, by the PTZ camera, in response to an evaluation of at least one of the main image and the overlay.

Abstract: A method for re-provisioning a user equipment (UE, 140) after a first digital security certificate for the UE (140) has expired includes communicating content data to a controller (130) over a first secure communication channel after verification of a validity of a first digital security certificate. Once it is realized the first digital security certificate has expired, the UE (140) sends a certificate provisioning request message over an unsecure channel to the controller (130) as a request to the controller (130) to provision a second digital security certificate. The UE (140) signs the certificate provisioning request message with the private key for the now expired first digital security certificate. A second digital security certificate is signed by the rescue-secret private key at the controller (130) and sent to the UE (140), which verifies its authenticity with the corresponding rescue-secret public key.
