Abstract:
A system, method, and computer program for billing wireless device subscribers based upon billable interaction with applications and services resident on third party computer devices that are accessible through a wireless network. The system uses authenticatable transaction data that is created when a wireless device conducts a billable transaction whereby the data is a secure indication that a wireless device has performed a specific billable transaction event. The transaction data can be authenticated and then aggregated to generate billing for billable transaction events that occur on the wireless network. The billing can occur from a billing computer on the network or the aggregated data can be sent to a wireless service provider for ultimate billing to the wireless device subscriber.
Abstract:
There is provided a multi-layered structure forming method comprising: (A) forming a first insulating material layer containing a first photo-curing material on a substrate; (B) semi-hardening the first insulating material layer by radiating light having a first wavelength to the first insulating material layer; (C) forming a conductive material layer on the semi-hardened first insulating material layer by ejecting droplets of a conductive material to the semi-hardened first insulating material layer from a nozzle of a liquid droplet ejecting apparatus; (D) forming a second insulating material layer containing a second photo-curing material so as to cover the semi-hardened first insulating material layer and the conductive material layer; and (E) forming a first insulating layer, a conductive layer positioned on the first insulating material, and a second insulating layer covering the first insulating layer and the conductive layer by simultaneously heating the first insulating material layer, the conductive material layer, and the second insulating material layer.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a film forming method of a uniform semiconductor layer having a large area at a low cost and equipment to form said semiconductor layer, by blowing gas against a coated layer to shorten the drying time and to decrease uneven drying. A film forming method of a semiconductor layer characterized by being provided, after a process to coat a semiconductor material containing a solvent on a substrate, with a process to blow gas against a coated layer of a semiconductor layer containing said solvent to evaporate the solvent.
Abstract:
In a method for forming a layer using a droplet discharging device that discharges droplets from a plurality of nozzles while relatively moving a surface in a first direction with respect to a head including the plurality of nozzles, the method for forming a layer comprises: a) respectively arranging a first droplet on each of two reference regions on the surface and providing two separate patterns corresponding to the two reference regions; b) fixing the two patterns; c) making the surface lyophilic after fixing the two patterns; and d) arranging a second droplet between the two reference regions and connecting the two patterns after making the surface lyophilic.
Abstract:
A shoe housing receives a driving force from a crankshaft and a vane rotor rotates with a camshaft in combination. The vane rotor is received in the shoe housing in such a way as to freely turn. Each of the vanes of the vane rotor partitions each of three receiving chambers into a retard hydraulic chamber and an advance hydraulic chamber. A check valve is disposed in an advance supply passage. The check valve allows a working oil to flow from an oil pump through the advance supply passage to the advance hydraulic chamber and prohibits the working oil from flowing back from the advance hydraulic chamber through the advance supply passage to a drain.

Abstract:
A steering column device comprises a bracket of the column body having mounting flanges with a cut-away groove opening in the backward direction of car body, a collar having a flange part and a cylindrical part, an elastically deformable ring which the cylindrical part of the collar can be inserted in, and a bolt for compressing the ring, putting the mounting flange of the column body between the ring and the flange part, thereby the steering column is mounted on the car body but allowed to be detached from the car body in the secondary collision.
Abstract:
A driver circuit 10 comprising a driver unit 30 and a driver control unit 20 for controlling a driver by comparing present data of an input signal with previous data, wherein the driver unit 30 includes a plurality of parallel drivers, and the driver control unit 20 compares the present data of the input signal with data one cycle back and, if they are not identical, causes the plurality of parallel drivers to operate, thereby increasing the driving power of the driver. The driver control unit 20 further compares the present data with data two cycles back and, if they are identical, can reduce the factor by which to increase the driving power by not causing a selected one or ones of the plurality of parallel drivers to operate.
Abstract:
The pattern of a coin slotted through a coin slotting part (2) is recognized by a sensor part (3). The time during which the pattern is examined is measured by time measuring means (11). The measured time is compared with a judgment value stored in judgment value storage means (16) so as to check whether the coin is genuine.
