摘要： A disposable dental tray includes a disposable tray body defining four utility compartments. Three of the utility compartments are disposed along a first side of the tray body, the fourth utility compartment being disposed along a second side of the tray body. All four of the utility compartments have relatively flat bases and are defined by integrally formed ridges extending upwardly from the compartment bases. Each compartment is surrounded by a defining ridge, interior defining ridges being offset from each other so that no interior ridge extends completely across the tray. The tray body further includes an instrument compartment defined by an encircling ridge extending upwardly from the base of the instrument compartment. The instrument compartment has integrally formed therein a series of grooves for holding dental instruments, which grooves are elevated above the base of the instrument compartment. An integrally formed reinforcing member extends across the instrument compartment in generally the same direction as the instrument holding grooves without interfacing with the usability of any of the grooves.

The invention is an improved method of synthesizing .beta.-halobutenolides which are valuable intermediates in preparing a variety of butenolide ring containing compounds. The method comprises reacting an acetylenic alcohol with a mercuric halide to provide a vinylmercuric halide and carbonylating the vinylmercuric halide in the presence of a basic inorganic salt to provide a .beta.-halobutenolide.

摘要： Storage protection is provided in a computer system having address translation by loading address translate registers with valid translated addresses and with special addresses. A circuit for generating a storage exception signal is connected to receive all addresses from the translate registers which are addressed by the main storage address and generates a storage exception signal in response to detecting a special address. The address translation mode is provided for both a main storage processor and a control processor with a separate address translate control register for each processor. Address translation is automatically selected based upon interrupt level. Address translation registers are also provided for I/O operations and are controlled independently from and can be in parallel with the task address translation registers.
